Tight fit, returned item
I bought something recently and ended up regretting it big time. The thing I got was too small, so I tried to return it. Turns out, it was way more complicated than I thought. Instead of refunding my card, they gave me a gift card, which was annoying. What really got me was when I tried to cancel the gift card and get the money back on my card - they said I'd have to pay a $10.95 fee. Are you kidding me? That's almost half of what I paid for the item! After arguing back and forth, they finally agreed to drop the fee. But guess what? When I checked my statement, the fee was still there. This whole mess has really turned me off from this store. I'm definitely never shopping here again.

6 stylish and sustainable clothing items
I just bought 6 really cute and sustainable clothing pieces from this brand and I absolutely love them. The quality of the materials is amazing and the styles are trendy but also good for the environment. My favorite items are the quilted button-ups, I always get compliments when I wear them. Unfortunately, one of the snaps came off a new shirt, but their customer service team was super quick to respond to my email and sent me a replacement right away. Overall, I'm really impressed with this company and I definitely recommend checking them out.

I gotta tell ya, the craft clay from this company is seriously top-notch. Everybody wants it, that's for sure. But man, I'm so frustrated with how they just can't keep up with the demand and handle their deliveries properly. I think it's a no-brainer they should start selling in places like Boots, instead of just online where they can't keep up. They better fix this problem real soon.

Less than one star! I wish I had read other's reviews after trying to order through Homethreads.com. I'm 3-4 weeks post expected delivery date. They keep telling me I'm still 1-2 weeks out from delivery, every time I ask, despite time progressing as it naturally does. Moreover, one agent is now saying it now won't be delivered until July whereas another said that "just can't be true". When i ask them which of their customer service people are lying based on the conflicting info, they won't answer that question. No one can tell me when my furniture will be delivered. ORDER FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY - which does not include Homethreads. In other words, order from someone else! I will now conflate "Modway" products with this issue.

The packaging is a fake, you can tell if you've ever bought the original and compare it (of course I threw it away and didn't give it to my dog). Within a week of receiving the product, they cloned my card from England and tried to charge me variously while I was sleeping. Purchased a banner April 4, 2022. Site said an email would be sent in 2-3 bus. days with shipping info. Today is April 12 and I have sent an email and called twice (no one answers and goes to auto system) for any information on my order, but have not been contacted. When this order is completed, I will not be returning.

EXO Ranger Plus
Obstacle Avoidance is near useless, drone won't move at all with it on. You can only use follow mode in optical mode, which is very very hard to get to turn on and stay on. Software is average at best and the camera is terrible. I went and replaced this with a DJI Mini 2, and the difference is night and day. Do yourself a favor, skip this company and drone, it's not worth it.

Steel-toe tennis shoes
During the first attempt to try on one of these shoes the side panel - the part that holds the laces - tore apart. We did not yank or pull extra hard. I reached out via email. The site says they will respond within 12 to 24 hours. So far no response. I also tried to call the Denver-area phone number. No answer. I thought I'd done my due diligence. Before ordering, I'd checked for reviews. I found that Raydlinx had a US phone number and address. I should've gone a step further. This US address is a residential apartment building. I now do not believe this has address or number has any connection to the company. It's another scam. This page states that there is a fulfillment center in the US. Our shoes shipped from China. So after a month-long wait, we have shoes that busted within minutes of delivery. Save your money. Avoid Raydlinx.
UPDATE: The company did reach out via email. I probably didn't give them enough time to respond initially. I think I got worried when calling the phone number delivered an error message. The company is offering to replace the broken shoes.
The company chose another style and sent them to us free of charge. It was a little weird that they selected the style. But the one they chose will work just fine. They were pleasant and helpful once we connected. I'd only recommend that they remove the promise to respond within a certain amount of time - or extend the window of time.
I purchased my shoes almost 3 weeks ago! No shoes and no emails!

I ordered their Kuro watch 2 months ago and am really happy with it. It’s automatic so I’ll never need to replace batteries and the design of the dial is really nice.
I upgraded to express shipping and it arrived really fast, within 3 days I think. Not sure how their normal shipping is.

Hex ps4 controller
Had stick drift out of the box. They basically charge 200 dollars for a reskin of a ps4 controller and pop some flimsy shotty buttons on the back. Im so mad i purchased this. Ill never make this mistake again. Ill be returning this overpriced knock off controller.

Due to return offer by seller I gone for one which is my choice Mercenary with prizm grey polarized glass ,matte black frame .Grey color is my favorite.I understand this color is best for all seasons. I already have more then half of dozen glasses of different designs and frames.
Prism lens is a well known brand internationally .
I just booked it and cleared payment .Delivery not required as when they provided me list of stores if my area ,I found one store very nearer to me.

I had the same terrible experience with this company as many, many other people found on Daves Garden website. Do a search in Google before ordering and checkout IL Consumer Complaints.
I do not plan to order plants from this company again. Some of my plants did not survive from last year and the warranty process is frustrating. Plants are also very, very young so do not expect immediate satisfaction.
Plants take forever to ship. This year I ordered May 1st and did not receive notification that they shipped until July 17. I will have not yet received them, but they were nice enough to charge my card on June 1.
Customer service is slow to respond and never fully answer all your questions. They give short, incomplete response and borderline rude.
There is a long list of complaints listed at the IL BBB. Check them out before ordering.Had the SAME exact experience.

There is not any communication in this package about why I didn’t get 13 of the 24 face shields I paid for. Everyone has been impacted by the current situation, but this company is just shit. How much effort does it take to put crappy pieces of material from China into a bag and ship it? Worst customer service ever too with their "chat" customer service.

This company absolutely sucks. Do not order from them. Easy to order and take your money though. I made one order, it got lost somewhere in the mail and miraculously appeared after I finally was able to get help via their chat service. Ok, but then I made the mistake of placing another order. That was 25 days ago. No updates, nothing. Their only contact method is via a "chat". They will disconnect the moment its closing time regardless of wether you have been helped. Also will disconnect when they think they are done dealing with you. This is the only company during this covid-19 bs that has been this pathetic. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I bought a shirt from here and its so cool. Not just the print is good in quality but the quality of the shirt is really amazing.

Seems like they either over extended themselves, or it's a scam company. They don't answer emails or texts, so...
I placed an ordered on 2/9/20, since then I've written several emails with no response. I cannot get an answer from customer service. When I ordered on 2/9/20 it said 2-5 days delivery. At this point I just want my money back.
I ordered on 2/5/2020 and got a confirmation that it was received but i haven't received anything else from them. I sent multiple emails in response to the confirmation but also no reply from this Company.
I ordered on 3/24/20 and received a confirmation. On 3/29/20 I received an email stating to add another 72 hours to my delivery due to protecting their employees .I called to cancel my order but no answer to phones calls or Emails.
Waited on their chat line for over 40 min. started at #26 in line. Finally got on with Shakira who said she would check into my order status as I never received a tracking number.. Got cut off and bounced back down to # 40 on the list! Still don't know the status of my order. Wish I would have check here before I placed my order.

I placed my order on 4/18/2020 and have only received my order confirmation. I swear they took my money before I even hit "Submit Order". All I can say is I'm so glad I had an 80% off coupon! By the sound of it, if I do ever receive my order, I will not be getting the face shields that I ordered. I'm hoping to get them sooner than later for the fact that I am immunocompromised, but I'm definitely not very hopeful after reading all of these reviews. With that being said, as long as I get my order the hubby and I can still use them when we ride the bike. If I don't, they can bet their sweet asses I'll be reporting them to the BBB!

I spent 45 dollars and paid 25 dollars for priority shipping only to figure out this place is a scam, I would have never ordered from them had it not said "VET OWNED"..... Orderd a couple of 5 packs so we can share. Everyone wanted a couple of the blackout American flags. Anyways got 15 all black. This was supposed to be split between 5 people for 2 blackouts and 1 black. They shipped 15 solid black which reading these reviews seems to be the normal for them.. Yes quick to take the money.. then instead of sending what we ordered they just went and sent what they wanted. Don't want them, we didn't order all black and wouldn't have ordered if blackout American flag wasn't an option.. Going to give them a chance to make it right but not going to wait another month otherwise going to file a dispute with the CC.
