    Rechargeable battery repair

    I went to this store to get my rechargeable batteries fixed. I had a few cordless tool batteries that had died early and needed to be rebuilt. After struggling to fix them on my own, I decided to ask for help from the folks at Batteries Plus. They really knew their stuff when it came to different types of batteries and were able to figure out the problem right away - the spot welds were coming loose, which was causing the batteries to stop working. They fixed the batteries quickly and made sure the spot welds were securely attached this time. I was impressed by how detail-oriented and experienced they were in handling the repair.

    Fob order for car

    I went to the store last week to get a new fob for my car. They said it would take a week, which was no problem. The manager said he'd overnight it, but now it's been five days and I still don't have my fob.

    Replacement Car Battery

    I had a really disappointing experience at the store recently. I bought a new car battery, but when I checked it, the fluid level was low. The store rep kept it for three days to check if it was defective, but when I got it back, the problem wasn't fixed. I ended up with a battery that still had low fluid and was only nine volts. It was really frustrating that they didn't pay attention to the details and didn't fix the issue.

    I had a pretty sucky time at the store trying to buy a new battery. Found it online, drove an hour to the store, and boop - they didn't have it. Super annoying and now I gotta start all over again looking for a battery. Total waste of time.

    I bought a battery at this store and after just six months, it crapped out on me. I could have sworn it had a three-year warranty, but turns out it was only 1.5 volts. Can you believe that? Total scam, dude!

    Electric generator

    I bought an electric generator from the store on July 20th, thinking I would get it soon. But, I didn't find out until August 11th that they didn't have it because it was selling so fast. This really inconvenienced me, especially since it's hurricane season and I needed it urgently. I'm not happy about not being told sooner, so I'll look for other places to buy what I need in the future.

    Car battery purchase

    I had an experience at Batteries Plus that was a complete disaster. I ordered a car battery online thinking it was in stock, but it took four whole days before anyone even remembered my order. When I called to inquire about it, they seemed like they didn't care about the situation at all. I couldn't even cancel my order online or over the phone, so I had to physically go to the store. And to make matters worse, there was no apology given to me during the entire ordeal. By the time they found my battery, I was so frustrated that I didn't even want it anymore. The employee just handed me the receipt without saying much. That was my first and last time dealing with Batteries Plus!

    My trip to Batteries Plus went really well. I was looking for information about an Airtag and the guy working there, I think his name was John, was awesome. He helped me out so much and knew exactly what he was talking about. Thanks to him, my problem was solved in no time. I'm grateful for his great customer service and how much he knew about the Airtag.

    I recently bought a 12-pack of 9-volt batteries and was pretty surprised to see that they only had 3 years of battery life left, even though the package said they should last for 5 years. I'm really frustrated and think it's totally unacceptable.

    iPhone screen replacement

    I had such a great experience at the store. There was this guy named Cody who really put in the effort to make sure I was happy. The first screen he put on my phone was messed up, but he didn't waste any time getting me a new one the very next day. What really blew me away was how he stayed with me for hours, checking over my phone to make sure everything was good. It's rare to find that kind of dedication nowadays.     Replacement tube lights purchased

    I recently bought some replacement tube lights from the store, and my experience was not great. The one I got was in an open box, and when I put it in, it was much dimmer than I thought it would be. I told the store staff about it, and they suggested I exchange it for a different 5000K tube. But when I tried to return it, they said there was a dark shade on it and wouldn't take it back. I was pretty disappointed and felt like I got a bad product. I probably should have returned it right away when I saw the open box, maybe that caused the issues I had.

    I recently got my phone fixed at this place and let me tell you, I was super impressed with how professional and skilled the technician, Antonio, was. He really went the extra mile to make sure my phone was fixed right. Even though it had been bungled in a previous repair, Antonio was able to get the right tools and replace the screen with no problem. He knew how important my stuff on the phone was and made sure nothing was lost. I can't say enough good things about how great he was. The whole staff there was super nice and made the whole thing easy and enjoyable.

    Battery for my car

    I went to Batteries Plus the other day to buy a new battery for my car, and man, it was a rough time. The guy working there was really bad at customer service, and he didn't even follow safety rules. He wasn't wearing a mask, even though we're still in the middle of this whole pandemic. When me and some other customers asked him about it, he just gave weak excuses that didn't make sense at all. It really made me wonder if the store really cares about keeping us safe and healthy.

    Screen protector for iPhone

    I had a really bad experience at that store. I bought a screen protector for my iPhone, but it started to peel off in less than two weeks. When I tried to return it, the employee was so rude and unhelpful. He said they didn't cover it after 14 days. He didn't even check if that time had passed because he was too busy eating his burger. Their customer service is awful and they don't stick to what they advertise about their warranty.

    I just bought a battery at the store in Berkshire Plaza off SR 200 in Ocala, FL. The customer service from Logan and Anthony was amazing! They were so professional, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and funny. It totally exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely go back to this store and tell others to check it out too. Logan and Anthony are top-notch at customer service - we need more folks like them in the world.

    Battery purchase for a scooter

    I went to the store to buy a battery for my scooter and Carl, the guy working there, was amazing. He helped me get my scooter back on track by not only giving me the right battery but also cleaning out the rusty battery space to make sure everything was good to go. His hard work and willingness to help out really impressed me, and I'm so thankful for all of his help. Carl's top-notch customer service and careful work have earned my loyalty as a customer. If you need a battery, definitely go see Carl - he's the best!

    I have been to the shop three Time

    (in Fairfield, over by BevMo) and each time they were able to help me or fix something. The Staff there today (Jul 15 2023) I have to give a high Five for the Friendly service, answered questions and up spirit.

    I Highly recommend anyone in Fairfield go here for Phones, Batteries and.. They are trustworthy and reliable, and in today market that is rare, but still needed. I know I will get honest answers here, and good service.
