Roof rack purchase
I really regret not doing my homework before making a purchase from this company. It's been a total pain dealing with their customer service. I ordered a roof rack that never got to me, and it was sent back to the warehouse two weeks ago. I've been trying to get a refund, but nobody there knows what's going on. When I did manage to reach a customer service person, they weren't much help and just told me to keep waiting for an email. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to get your roof rack.

Trip booked but didn't go well
I planned a trip through them and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. Everything went wrong from the very beginning. The booking process was a mess and the customer service was absolutely useless. The prices seemed too high for what the trip offered. And as the cherry on top, they couldn't even get my travel documents to me on time. To sum it all up, it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't suggest using their services to anyone.
