Online order for repair service
I just bought an online repair service from this company and at first, it was a bit frustrating. I couldn't even figure out how to bookmark a page, so we must have sent like 5 or 6 emails back and forth before finally figuring it out. But I have to give it to the Shift team, they were always super quick and clear about what they needed from me. They didn't give up on me even though I was a bit hesitant at first. Honestly, I held back on reaching out because I thought it would be too much of a hassle, but now I wish I had contacted them sooner. Their dedication and professionalism really impressed me.
App issue resolution
When I had a problem with an app crashing, I contacted Shift for help. Normally, when I tell other companies about a problem, they don't even respond. But Shift was totally different. They quickly assisted me in going back to an earlier version, let me know about a beta version I could test, and kept me in the loop about the program's upgrades. Oh my gosh, this keyboard I got is seriously awesome! It's so cool and really helps make things easier for me. I just wish it had shortcuts for going through emails and tabs, though. Maybe it does and I just haven't figured it out yet, sorry if I'm mistaken. But overall, this product is like my best friend forever.

Shift is super helpful when you're juggling a bunch of email accounts. I've been using it for a bit and it's really streamlined the way I organize my emails. But, a bummer is that it doesn't have ad block, so dealing with all those ad emails in my inbox can be a real headache.
