Car insurance claim
So I was in this accident, you know? It wasn't even my fault, but I had to hit up my insurance. Let me tell you, it felt like I was waiting forever for someone to get back to me! And then I had to bug them for a rental car, but they didn't even bother giving me any updates. Plus, they took forever to deal with my claim and the settlement they came up with was just plain awful. Seriously, they need to get it together!
Car insurance
I had a really bad experience with my car insurance. The agent was so unprofessional, unhelpful, and just plain rude. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anybody.
Car insurance limitations on weekends
It's so annoying that when you buy a car on the weekend, you can't get insurance until Monday. Allstate is only open for claims over the weekend, so we have to wait until Monday and it ends up taking forever.
Home insurance purchase
I just got home insurance from this company and I gotta say, the whole experience has been a letdown. When I first signed up over the phone, there were a bunch of mistakes with the info they had on file. Now I'm not even sure what my policy really covers and it's making me uneasy. I've tried to get some answers and clear things up, but I haven't gotten a good response yet. The lack of communication and help from their staff is really bugging me out, and I wish I never went with this company for my insurance.
My car accident claim with insurance
My experience with this insurance company was awful. I got sideswiped by a driver insured by them, and they rejected my claim without even talking to the witness who saw it all. I had to practically plead with them to reach out to the witness, and when they finally did, they didn't care about what the witness had to say. It felt like a scam to me, and I definitely won't be doing business with them in the future.
Requested quote, agent pulled credit
I was just trying to get a quote for my insurance, you know? Then, the agent goes ahead and checks my credit without even giving me the quote first! And now, when I try to follow up, nobody is giving me a response. I even called customer service, and they just put me on hold for what felt like forever without helping me. It's like they all just go silent when there's a problem. I mean, what if I actually had a claim to make? Would they just disappear then too?
Insurance purchase
I recently got insurance from this one place, and I thought it was pretty awesome. I think it would be really great if they teamed up with another company to make their services even better.
Homeowners insurance
I've been with this company for 23 years, always paying on time and never needing to make a claim. But out of the blue, they decided to cancel our coverage without telling us why. Now we're stuck scrambling to find a new provider. It's pretty clear that this company doesn't value loyalty or ethics when it comes to their customers. I'd definitely suggest looking elsewhere for insurance.
Unsatisfactory policy cancellation process
I had a really bad time trying to cancel my insurance with this company. Even though I did everything I was supposed to do, they're making it super hard for me to switch to a better insurance company. They wouldn’t give me any money back for extra coverage, and they wanted me to call on renewal day to cancel or pay half the policy up front. It feels like they're trying to trick people out of their money. I'm so disappointed in how they handle cancellations.

I just renewed my car insurance policy with my company and man, was I bummed about the price. I mean, I've been with them for years, never been in an accident, and have a squeaky clean driving record. But somehow, my monthly premium is way higher than I thought it would be, especially when I compared it to what others are paying for the same coverage. It's just not fair and it's got me feeling pretty ticked off and like they're trying to rip me off.

I am so frustrated with this company. I finally got my claim approved, but now they're giving me a hard time with a whole bunch of new problems. They won't give me something similar for what I lost, and they're taking forever to replace my stuff. I have to practically beg them to do their job. This insurance company is a real pain to deal with, I'm telling you. The fees and extra charges they slap on feel like they're just trying to steal from you. I recently changed my car insurance to a different company because they offered me a better deal than my old provider. At first, my payments were lower, but then they went up a lot after a few months. And when my house had a water leak, even though two other companies said it was just a small issue, Allstate wouldn't help cover the repairs.

I was really impressed by how quick and efficient the technician was. He showed up at my location within 20 minutes of me calling for help and had my car door unlocked in no time. I really appreciated his professionalism and how dedicated he was to his job.

I got new home insurance from Priscilla G. right before closing on my house. They charged me for a whole month when I didn't even own the place yet! After that, I never heard from Priscilla again. I ended up dealing with Anthony Jibreel, who told me that Allstate couldn't insure my home. He promised me a refund, but all I got was a partial one. I'm still waiting for the rest of my money back. It's been a mess - terrible service, no communication, and mishandling of my money. I've made countless calls and sent emails, but no resolution in sight.

Yeah, so I got this home insurance and man, it was a real hassle. They flat out denied someone just because of their skin color, like, seriously? Not cool at all. They definitely need to be called out for that kind of discrimination. They need to step up and treat everyone the same, no question.
Homeowner's policy rate increase
My rates went up a lot all of a sudden, and when I checked how much my coverage costs, I noticed it said "paid by third party." It doesn't make sense to me and feels like they're not being straight with me. The service I got wasn't that great either.
Renters insurance
This company had me sign up for a new policy when I was getting renters insurance for the first time because I had a water flood in my building and wanted to protect my stuff. They messed up my age on the policy, and when I called to correct it, they were really rude to me on the phone. So, I just ended up canceling the whole policy.
Family insurance plan
I got this family insurance plan through my job with this company. But after 8 months, I ended up in the hospital needing treatments, and the insurance denied all of them. It was super frustrating and disappointing to see that they cared more about money than helping their customers. Based on my experience, I wouldn't suggest going with this company.
