    I had a really terrible experience with my recent order from this website. I ordered some shoes on January 9th and waited patiently for over a month to get them. But guess what? They didn't have my size after all that waiting. I was super disappointed and asked for a refund instead of trying to pick another pair. But, so far, I haven't heard anything back from the customer service team. They haven't responded to my messages or calls, and I still haven't gotten my money back. This lack of communication and not caring about customer satisfaction is just not cool. I definitely wouldn't recommend this website to anyone looking to buy something.

    Yoga classes variety and exceptional instructors

    Yoga International has such a great selection of yoga classes with amazing instructors. I totally suggest checking it out if you're wanting to level up your yoga game. The instructors really know their stuff and offer different styles, so every class is fresh and fun. I'm always blown away by how good the teaching is and how interesting the classes are.

    I've been a customer of this company for a good amount of time now and let me tell you, their customer service is amazing. Every time there's been a little problem with one of the kitchen appliances I bought, they've been super quick to fix it for me under the warranty. It's so nice to deal with a company that really backs up their products and makes everything easy for me.     The gift certificate code I got didn't work when I tried to use it online. I sent them an email about it, but haven't heard anything back. So, I called them up and stayed on hold for like 12 minutes before the system just hung up on me. That's just not cool - it makes you wonder, what if I had a problem with something I bought?

    I recently switched to wireless bras because regular underwire ones always bothered me. I tried a bunch of different brands and styles, but then I found these wireless bras on sale and decided to give them a shot. I'm so glad I did because they are super comfy and fit just right. The material is really soft and gives me the perfect amount of support without any annoying wires. I've swapped out all my old underwire bras for these wireless ones and I couldn't be happier.     I found a product I really liked at this company, but man, their exchange policy left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I swapped out an item that wasn't fitting right, and when I tried to return it for my money back, they only wanted to give me store credit instead of putting the cash back on my card. That wasn't what was advertised in their return policy, and I felt kinda tricked by them. After this experience, I definitely won't be coming back to shop here.

    I ordered some perfume and creams back on November 22nd, but it's been almost two weeks now and my order still hasn't shown up.     I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Blade HQ. I bought an EDC knife, but messed up my order. I got an email saying my stuff was ready to be shipped, but I needed to fix it. I contacted customer service and Sharon really came through. She found my order, stopped it from going out, and even canceled and refunded it so I could do it right. And get this – she did it all on a Saturday during Easter weekend. Sharon's quick thinking and awesome service totally saved me. It's not every day you find someone so dedicated. Huge thanks to Sharon and the whole Blade HQ crew for being amazing!

    I just got a Coraline costume for my daughter from this company and ended up with a Beauty and the Beast one by mistake. But hey, the mask that came with it was pretty awesome!     Gift card for a restaurant

    My experience with this store was really disappointing. I was trying to buy a gift card for my family member's birthday, but the whole process was a total nightmare. Every time I tried to make the purchase, I got a message saying it didn't go through. I tried multiple times, and then found out later that all four transactions actually went through without any evidence or confirmation. And to top it off, my family member never got any of the ecards, which made me feel frustrated and deceived. When I tried to contact customer service by phone, I just got stuck in an unhelpful automated voicemail system. I also emailed them, but I still haven't heard back. Overall, this whole thing has me feeling like this might be some kind of scam.

    Maytag top load washer

    I got this Maytag top load washer back in September and boy, was it a disaster! The control panel went kaput within the first 6 months and it felt like forever waiting for those parts to come in. I had to drag my dirty laundry to the laundromat every week - not a fun time! Then, it conked out again about 6 months later and I was so done with it that I rented a washer from a rent a center while waiting for the parts. It gave up the ghost for a third time, but at least I had purchased that extension warranty so the repairs were covered. Even with that extension warranty, I still had to deal with it breaking down every so often - it was like I got stuck with a dud of a washer!

    Scammy marketing tactics

    The marketing tactics this business uses are really deceptive and misleading. I paid $399 to promote my listing on their site, but I didn't get any real leads or inquiries. I think the views they claim are probably exaggerated and not reliable because I haven't gotten any responses or interest from possible clients. Compared to other sites where I've listed, the lack of engagement and results from CHBO really stands out. The customer service was terrible, with Kirk Holliman acting rude, condescending, and unreasonable. In the end, my experience with this business has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
