Size issue with hiking boots
I bought some hiking boots online not too long ago, but they ended up being way too big when they showed up. I tried on just one boot and knew right away they weren't going to work, so I sent them back right away. It's been a whole week now since they got my return, and I still haven't seen my money back. I tried getting in touch with Orthofeet to get an update, but I haven't heard back yet. I also reached out to Amazon, where I bought them, to see if they could help speed things along.
Shoes that are too complicated to fit
I bought these shoes thinking they would fit perfectly, but I was bummed to discover I needed to add extra inserts to make them comfortable. I just want a pair of shoes I can easily slide on and wear without any extra hassle.
Ugly feet
My feet are seriously disgusting! I've had surgery on my bunions, but they just keep coming back. Shoe shopping was terrible until I came across these awesome sneakers. They're so comfortable, I don't have any more pain. I threw out all my old shoes and bought three more pairs of these instead!
Shoe purchase with high instep and restrictive design
I bought a pair of shoes from your store recently and I really like the quality, but there's a problem with the design. The last eyelet of the shoelace is giving me trouble - I can't remove it without cutting the lace. I have a high instep and this eyelet puts a lot of pressure on the top of my foot, making it hard to move comfortably. I contacted your customer service about it, but the response I got wasn't helpful. They said cutting the lace would help keep the heel brace in place, but that's not a good solution for me. I think this design issue should've been handled better from the start.
Edema-friendly shoes
I bought these shoes that were supposed to be great for people with edema because they have stretchy uppers, a roomy toe box, and arch support. But when I tried them on, I was let down because the tongue of the shoe wasn't wide enough. It made it really hard to put them on, even though I got a bigger size. If these shoes are meant for extra wide feet, the tongue should be wider too, so it can handle any swelling. I really hope they fix this issue in the future.
Slip-on Shoes Purchase
I recently got a pair of slip-on shoes from this store, thinking they'd be comfy for everyday use, but I was really let down by what I got. The shoes weren't supportive or comfortable at all, even though they cost a hefty $130. Because of a family crisis, I couldn't return them right away and when I finally contacted customer service, they weren't very understanding. The manager basically said I should've emailed them before heading to India, where my dad had just passed. It was pretty disappointing and left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this store to anyone, since their products don't live up to the high price they charge.
Orthopedic shoes
I've been buying your orthopedic shoes for a while now, and I have to say, the quality has really gone downhill. The first pairs I got were perfect - well-made, comfy, and lasted a long time. But my latest pair was a major letdown. They felt narrower, cheaper, and just not up to par with what I'm used to from your brand. It's like they were made in a hurry, not with care like before. I think maybe you started making them in a cheaper factory overseas, which is a shame. I rely on your shoes for comfort and support, so I hope you'll go back to making them like you used to.
Shoes ordered, delayed shipping
I ordered some shoes and I feel like it's been forever but they still haven't shipped, even though I got a tracking number days ago. They haven't even been given to FedEx yet. This delay is really frustrating and not cool.
Uncomfortable shoe purchase
I just got these shoes from this company, and man, I am so let down. They are super uncomfortable, like there's no cushion in the insoles at all, and they are way too narrow. I've never had such an uncomfortable pair of shoes before. I'm definitely sending them back for a refund.

I've ordered from this company a few times now and I've always been happy with what I received. They handle returns and refunds quickly and it's made me feel comfortable buying from them again in the future. My mom loved her order so much that I started ordering from them too.
Shoes ordered on 5/14
I ordered a pair of shoes on 5/14 and my card got charged right away. But, it's been weeks and my order still hasn't been shipped. I talked to customer service through chat and found out the warehouse is running behind, causing 3-5 days delays just to pick orders. When I asked about where my order was being shipped from, I got different answers. I tried calling the 800 number, but got a message saying they were in training and couldn't take calls. This lack of communication and mixed up info was really frustrating. I decided to ask for a refund because I didn't feel like I was getting the right info. It was disappointing not being able to talk to someone to solve my issue right away.
Nursing shoes purchased
I was really let down by the nursing shoes I bought. The upper part didn't offer much support and the soles were heavy, making them feel wobbly and unsafe to wear. They were uncomfortable to walk in, and the inner soles made them even more unstable. Even though they were supposed to be perfect for nursing, they didn't give me the support I needed and could even make foot pain worse. I wouldn't suggest getting these shoes since they didn't live up to what I was hoping for in terms of comfort and usefulness.
Expensive purchase, wrong delivery
I spent a ton of money on these shoes and was expecting them to be delivered to my house, but somehow they ended up at some random college in Texas! When I contacted them about it, they were basically just like "Sorry, tough luck." Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said the exact same thing! So frustrating. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. Ugh. I definitely won't be ordering from them again!
Comfortable shoes
I used to have a hard time finding comfy shoes until I stumbled upon these amazing ones that feel like they were made for my feet. They make me strut around like I'm in charge of everything! New shoes attempt
I recently got some new shoes because my old ones were too heavy, but unfortunately, the new ones didn't work out for me. They came with extra parts, but they ended up not helping with the fit. One of the parts actually made my foot feel uncomfortable and pushed my toes to the front, making it really uncomfortable to wear. Since I live in a place without mail service, it's not easy for me to return items. I've had some issues with products in the past, and another company refunded me without needing the product back, but Ortho Feet is sticking to their 60-day return policy, even though I won't be back in the US within that timeframe. Because of this experience, I've decided I won't be shopping there again.
Returned shoes, super comfy
This company is super easy to order from, I buy everything online and they're the best! I've returned 3 pairs of shoes (kept 8) because I didn't like how they looked or they didn't fit right. But, honestly, every pair I've gotten is super comfy, especially if your feet are bothering you. I really trust their products!
