Commuter Shirt
I just bought the Commuter Shirt from this store and let me tell you, I am really impressed with the quality. It's super comfy, has just the right amount of stretch, and still looks really stylish and professional. I've been wearing it non-stop since I got it and already gotten a bunch of compliments. This shirt has become my favorite piece of clothing and I'm so happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again in the future.

Shoe purchase with high instep and restrictive design
I bought a pair of shoes from your store recently and I really like the quality, but there's a problem with the design. The last eyelet of the shoelace is giving me trouble - I can't remove it without cutting the lace. I have a high instep and this eyelet puts a lot of pressure on the top of my foot, making it hard to move comfortably. I contacted your customer service about it, but the response I got wasn't helpful. They said cutting the lace would help keep the heel brace in place, but that's not a good solution for me. I think this design issue should've been handled better from the start.

Quick delivery, great condition
I'll admit, I was really impressed by how fast the camera I bought from this store was delivered and how awesome it looked when it showed up. The website was super easy to use, and I found exactly what I wanted without any trouble. The camera was even better than I expected - it seriously looked like it was brand spanking new! Reflective backpack purchase
I gotta say, I got this cool reflective backpack from this company recently and I was really impressed with how everything went down. I placed my order on a Monday and bam, got it by Thursday, which was quicker than I thought. The customer service was top-notch too, I even got an email from this lady named Ellie, inviting me to hit her up if I had any questions. The backpack ended up not being what I needed, so I had to return it. But, the whole refund process was super easy and I had my money back within 2 days. Overall, I’m really happy with how it all went and I’d definitely think about buying from them again in the future.

I really enjoy shopping at this vape store! The customer service is amazing, and the products are always really cool. I've made two orders from them so far, and everything has been great. Lumo facial device
I bought the Lumo facial device from this company, and it broke just after the warranty ended. The battery wouldn't work properly, even though it said it was charged, and it only lasted a few minutes. They gave me a deal on the "new and improved" version, but it was awful - it shocked my face painfully. I returned it, but they sent me another one instead of giving me a refund. The same battery issue happened with the replacement. When I called customer service, they told me to try different settings and use water, but nothing fixed the problem. They didn't respond to my emails either. Overall, my experience with the Lumo device from this company was really disappointing, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
