    Bundle purchase missing items

    I recently bought a package from this company that was supposed to come with three devices, but I only got one of them. When I reached out to customer service, they were quick to promise they would send the missing items. However, since then, I haven't heard anything from them. It's been three months and I still haven't received the missing devices or a refund. It's really frustrating to pay for something and not get what you were told you'd get.

    Lumo and Venus bundle

    I bought the Lumo and Venus bundle back on April 15th, but it's already May 20th and I still haven't gotten my order. I've tried contacting customer service several times, but I keep getting conflicting info or even ignored. The stuff I bought cost a lot, and I feel disappointed that the ads were kinda misleading. I've been trying to ask for a refund, but no one has replied to me. This whole experience has left me feeling really let down by this company's customer service.

    I ordered the Eclipse device on 7/21/23 and was happy at first, but then I got a bunch of delays. They sent me sorry emails, but I wish they kept me more in the loop. I kept asking for updates, but all I got were vague answers about when my order would arrive. I've been a good customer in the past, so it's a bummer to have this kind of experience with their customer service.

    I want to mention that as a customer of EvenSkyn, I was pretty disappointed with how the shipping went down. I was under the impression that the shipping would either be free or already factored into my bill, but then I got hit with extra charges from UPS that added up to quite a bit. This surprise cost has me feeling uneasy about how much more I might end up spending on getting my skincare products. To make matters worse, my products got delivered two weeks ago and they're just sitting in their boxes in my hallway. This isn't the kind of service I was expecting from a company like EvenSkyn. In my opinion, EvenSkyn really needs to be more upfront about shipping costs and improve their delivery process so customers like me can have a better experience overall.

    Anti-wrinkle device purchase

    I've been really happy with the anti-wrinkle gadgets I got from EvenSkyn, especially the Lumo. It's hard to find good skincare stuff where I live, out in the sticks, but EvenSkyn totally came through for me. Their gadgets have done wonders for my skin, making it look bright and young. I always get my orders super quick, and every product has been top-notch and works really well.

    I returned some stuff in October 2022 that was worth more than $300, but I didn't get my refund until I reached out to the company. I had been talking to them while I was returning the items, but still didn't get my money back. It wasn't until I gave them the tracking info and followed up that they said sorry for taking so long and gave me my refund right away. So, make sure to double-check when you make returns to make sure you actually get your money back.

    I've been using their Lumo aging product for 2 months now, and let me tell you, it's been amazing! Yes, it's a little pricey, but honestly, it's totally worth it because it really does work. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their skin.

    Cosmo, Conduction Gel, Lumo, Venus, Phoenix

    I was really excited to get the Lumo, Venus, and Phoenix during the big sale, but honestly, I was kind of let down by my experience. The Lumo is supposed to help with fat loss and tightening, but after using it for 3 months, I didn't see any results. My wrinkles are still there, and my face looks the same. The Phoenix did help with depuffing when I put it in the freezer though. I tried to return the Venus, but the staff told me to wait longer before making a decision, which got me wondering about the return policy. On the plus side, the Adipeau worked well to plump up my forehead lines temporarily.
    Moving on to the Cosmo and Conduction Gel, the vibes on the Cosmo felt weak to me, and I'm not sure if it really helps with lotion absorption. But the Conduction Gel was awesome - super hydrating, especially when I used it with a water spritzer.

    RF and microcurrent device

    I was really excited when I bought the RF and microcurrent device to help firm up my face. But after using it every day for 7 months, I haven't seen much of a difference. The device seems sturdy and the ION cleaning works well, but the microcurrent is too intense even on the lowest setting and the RF doesn't heat up much. Even though it was expensive, I haven't noticed any real tightening or lifting on my jawline or forehead wrinkles. It does give a little plumpness, but overall, it hasn't done what it promised.

    Venus & Luma bundle purchase

    I gotta be honest, I wasn't sure about getting skincare stuff online. But let me tell ya, I am so impressed by the difference I've seen since using the Venus & Luma bundle from this company. Being a senior on a fixed income, it's hard to find affordable ways to help my aging skin. These devices have totally surpassed what I expected. Even my daughter noticed how great my neck looks now!     Lumo Evenskin Device

    I want to share my disappointment with the Lumo Evenskin device I bought back in July 2022. It started acting up after about a year, turning off in the middle of treatments, which made it hard to keep track of how long I was using it for. This was a real headache and could even be dangerous. I did everything they told me to keep it in good shape, but it still broke right after the warranty ran out. When I reached out to customer service, they told me they weren't responsible for the issue and suggested I buy a new one at a discount. I didn't think that was fair at all because why would I want to buy another device that might just break again? All in all, my experience with the Lumo Evenskin device has been really disappointing and irritating.

    Lumo facial device

    I bought the Lumo facial device from this company, and it broke just after the warranty ended. The battery wouldn't work properly, even though it said it was charged, and it only lasted a few minutes. They gave me a deal on the "new and improved" version, but it was awful - it shocked my face painfully. I returned it, but they sent me another one instead of giving me a refund. The same battery issue happened with the replacement. When I called customer service, they told me to try different settings and use water, but nothing fixed the problem. They didn't respond to my emails either. Overall, my experience with the Lumo device from this company was really disappointing, and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

    I just got the Lumo device not too long ago and I was really looking forward to it arriving at my place here in Hawaii. It finally showed up and I've been using it about once a week for like 2 and a half months. I gotta say, I'm blown away by the results - my skin feels so much better now, like it's more hydrated and plump. People have been telling me how great my skin looks since I started using this thing.     Venus Eye and LED Mask

    I just came across this brand by chance and figured I'd give their Venus Eye and LED Mask a shot. Gotta admit, I'm pretty impressed with how it's turned out. The Venus Eye is now a staple in my eye care routine, and the LED Mask really gives my skin a nice, fresh look. The only bummer is that if I take a break from using it, that glow doesn't stick around. But hey, in general, I'm happy with what I got from them.

    I had to wait a whole month for the white Lumo, but let me tell you, it was worth the wait! Even though they said it was out of stock and shipping was slow at first, I was starting to think I would never get it. But when it finally came, I can honestly say that their Lumo product really works wonders - my face looks more lifted than it has in years! Plus, they forgot to include the free gel at first, but their staff quickly helped me out and I got it within a week of complaining.     I've been using this skincare product for a few months now, hoping to see a real change in my skin like it promises. It's supposed to help with anti-aging and making my skin texture better. But, even though I've been using it regularly, I haven't noticed much difference in my skin. The product said it would lift and boost collagen, as well as reduce wrinkles, but none of that has happened. It's disappointing and kind of annoying that the product hasn't lived up to what it said it would do, especially since it's pretty pricey.
