Crab purchase
I just bought some crabs from this spot and let me tell you, they were beyond delicious. The seasoning was on point, the cooking was perfect, and they were packaged and delivered flawlessly. It really took my birthday shindig to the next level and I already can't wait to order from there again.

J Crew jacket
My first purchase on Poshmark was a disaster. I got a J Crew jacket I already have two of, so I thought I was good to go. But the jacket I got was completely different. It was way too short, making me think it was an old model, a new one, or just a cheaper version. I contacted the seller about swapping it out for something else to make things right, but they never even responded. I was so frustrated, I tried reaching out to Poshmark support for help, but that just made things worse. They wanted more photos in perfect lighting without any wrinkles - all while I was stuck at work and had no one to help me take pictures. The jacket finally showed up all crumpled in a flimsy envelope inside another envelope, covered in wrinkles. The whole thing was a mess and now I'm done with Poshmark. Go with Ebay or Amazon for better customer service and save yourself the trouble.

One of the tradelines I bought went a bit crazy and made my credit score go down. I was pretty bummed about it, but the company was super helpful and fixed it right away. I was impressed with how fast they dealt with it.

Online shopping experience
I had a great experience with this online store. The website was really easy to use and find what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised by all the different products they had and the prices were tough to beat. The only downside was that it took a little longer than I thought it would – about a week for them to get my order ready and then another week or two for it to be delivered. That could be a problem if you need something right away. But, everything I ordered came in perfect shape and right on time. I think this store is pretty reliable and I would definitely shop here again.

Oh my gosh, my shopping experience was like, seriously the worst. The person I spoke to on the phone was super rude and made me feel dumb for asking questions. Ugh, it was just awful. And to top it off, the delivery was late! I wanted to cry. It was just terrible.

white Lumo purchase
I had to wait a whole month for the white Lumo, but let me tell you, it was worth the wait! Even though they said it was out of stock and shipping was slow at first, I was starting to think I would never get it. But when it finally came, I can honestly say that their Lumo product really works wonders - my face looks more lifted than it has in years! Plus, they forgot to include the free gel at first, but their staff quickly helped me out and I got it within a week of complaining. Between the great device and their top-notch customer service, they've definitely won me over as a happy and satisfied customer. And that's all that really matters to me.

Recent Christmas order
I just bought something for Christmas from this company and let me tell you, their customer service was top-notch. UPS lost my package, but Moosejaw really stepped up to fix everything. They sent out a replacement order right away, no extra cost, and upgraded the shipping to overnight for free. I was so impressed with how quickly they took care of everything. The only thing I wish they would work on is providing more product details and pictures, like what Zappos does. That would totally step up the shopping experience.

The doll was purchased for my sister who has stage 4 cancer. She wanted a "reborn doll". The price of those were too expensive so instead I bought her this one for now. She fell in love with her right off the bat. I had previously purchased another doll from another vendor and was very disappointed. Your doll was awesome. The quality of the product is better than the picture. My sister loves her. Her baby is with her in hospice while she is receiving her treatment and she keeps her company. I am so glad I purchased her. She is a great comfort to my sister. Thank you!

Dear rebornshop.com I received a shipment today, that was supposed to be a Bentley doll with blonde hair and blue eyes. The doll I received, bore more of a resemblance to a baby Chernobyl doll, with brown hair and brown eyes. There was very little resemblance to the doll that is pictured on your website. In researching feedback from other buyers (sadly, after the fact) I have concluded that there is little hope of a full refund. (yet another breach of your promise) Therefore I will be posting my experience along with comparable photos of the doll advertised, and the one that is sent. I will let the court of public opinion decide. While it is important for your company to start honoring the promises it makes to its customers, it is equally important that customers know not to buy from you until such a time as you begin to operate honestly.I bought a reborn baby,she is super.I love

I recently ordered baby Journey and Bentley. I have yet to receive a tracking number for such babies. I want the REAL DEAL, I f you can't produce the advertised babies...then I would like to cancell the order, and get a refund.I purchased a girl doll, Hadlee, disappointed for the fact it doesn't look or feel as real as advertised but more importantly, I purchased a GIRL. Came with pink papers and pink bottle and pacifier. When I took off her pants to put the legs in, I discovered it was a boy. Emailed them a week ago and still hasn't responded. Nor can I find a phone number. Does anyone know a better way to contact them?

Sorry any of you are having problems but we received our order in 12 days in Washington State.. Beautiful suit and fits the wife beautiful. She is a size 12 and ordered a size 12. It is very reveiling for a one piece maybe thats why a review says the cup size is too small. It's deep V cut and non supportive so look at the pics maybe you shouldn't buy the deep V in the first place and go with one of the others.We ordered 2 from Amazon that fit like garbage and 3 from Chinese based Rotita and They still have not came 3 weeks later.
DO NOT ORDER from this company unless you don’t need your suit for a month. You know the size you order will fit. Customer service is a joke you cannot send back your item with the address return that was on the package you have to email them they get back to you asking questions about why you want to return but still will not give you the address where to send it back to. I’m screwed because the suit does not fit I don’t want it I don’t like it I want my money back but for some reason they won’t tell when how I can make this happen. Oh and BTW you have 15 days and it’s been over a week know trying to just get the return address out of them. Their a scam!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered an XL. It took one month to receive it and it was a small. Wasted my time and money. They sent me a copy of a receipt showing I ordered a small. I have never seen this receipt! I never received a receipt in the first place.

I have ordered from this company May 2nd and have not received my swimsuits yet. Their answer at customer service was that due to the coronavirus shippings were late and airports not open. As my tracking no indicates, my package is in Netherlands for a month and a half now. I am from Cyprus and airports were never closed for packages. Still haven’t received anything.
I agree with all of the terrible reviews. I ordered 7/2/20 and received an email that the order has shipped. No way to track it unless I give tracking company my email address. I have emailed the company twice and no response. Never ordering from them again.

I bought two swimsuits ( I am a size 12/14 U.K.) I bought large as I did not want a tight fit. They were both short on the body ( I am 5ft 2in) trying to fasten the clip on the back , there was about a four inch gap, I had to sew elastic onto the clip. With most companies I would order a medium , how on earth can you call your size large? I measured it and the bust was six 34in! Would never buy again and too much hassle to send back.

I bough two suits from this company. I wasn't sure at first and should have gone with my first instinct but I ended up ordering anyway. The package came with a reasonable amount of time but my main problem is that the two products that I ordered were NOT in the package. I purchase the suits that came in the mail and not only that, they do NOT fit!!! I am definitely not a small. LOL. they are cute but unfortunately they don't fit. I want my product. Another problem i have it that there is not return information, like MOST REPUTIABLE legit companies do... so I'd say I have been dooped (sp?), and this is a total scam. I should know considering I saw it on a Facebook and Instagram add. Next time I will be more cautious. Shame on me this first time.. but not the next time.
