Men's clothing purchase
The men's clothing selection at Movesgood is pretty small, but let me tell you, the quality and softness of their clothes are top-notch. I recently bought a few pieces, and unfortunately, one of them had a stitching issue in the sleeves. Thankfully, the customer service team at Movesgood handled it like total pros. I was dreading the whole process of returning the item since I live abroad, but they really stepped up. They gave me a full refund for the flawed piece and even tossed in a discount code for my next purchase. It's nice to see a company owning up to their mistakes and going the extra mile to make things right without causing any inconvenience to the customer. Movesgood definitely knows how to keep their customers happy.
Bamboo long sleeve shirt
I got this awesome bamboo long sleeve shirt from Movesgood and I'm really happy with it. The Leopoldo shirt is super comfy and soft, perfect for wearing every day. The bamboo material is top-notch compared to other brands I've tried, and the shirt has stayed in great shape even after washing it multiple times. I definitely suggest Movesgood to anyone wanting high-quality and comfy bamboo clothes.
Clothing purchase for myself, family, and friends
I really loved the products I got from Movesgood. The clothes were super soft, comfy, and really well-made. And not just me - all my friends and family loved them too! The prices were fair for how good the stuff was, and I really admire that they're all about ethical and sustainable practices. I'm honestly so happy with everything I bought.
Items bought during sale
I bought some stuff from Movesgood when they were having a sale and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the quality. The shipping was quick and the items I got were so soft and felt really fancy. I'm really happy with my purchase and you can bet I'll be coming back to shop here again.
Men's trousers
I bought a pair of men's pants from this company and man, I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. They told me the fabric would last a lifetime, but it started peeling and looking super worn out after just a couple of months. I did everything right too, washed it in cold water and air dried it, but nope, the pants just couldn't handle it. I feel like I wasted my money on these expensive pants that didn't live up to what they promised.
I could have easily found a cheaper, better-made pair somewhere else, like at a popular fast fashion store. Overall, I'm really unhappy with my purchase and wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone who wants clothes that actually last.Men's socks and loungewear trousers
I recently bought some men's socks and loungewear pants from this store, thinking they would be exactly like the descriptions online. But when I got them, I was bummed to see that the materials on the tags didn't match what was said on the website. The socks were supposed to be Lyocell, but they were actually Viscose Bamboo. And the pants were made of a different material than what was listed on the site.
Overpriced poor quality clothing
The clothes I bought from this company were way too expensive and just not good quality. They shrunk, got all bunched up, and the buttons fell off super easily, even though they cost a lot. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company.
Clothing order
So, I recently bought some clothes from Movesgood and I gotta say, it was not a great experience. I ordered nine things but I only got seven of 'em. And to top it off, it took them a whole 10 days to deliver, even though they said it'd be faster. Trying to reach out to them about the missing stuff was a pain, and when they finally got back to me, all they did was offer to give me credit for the missing items. On top of that, only one of the items I got was up to par in terms of design and quality. Overall, I was super let down by my purchase and I won't be shopping at Movesgood again.
Cute clothes but rip easy
I bought some adorable clothes from this place, but man, they fell apart so fast! I only wore them once and they were already coming apart at the seams. And don't even get me started on what happened after I washed them just once - total disaster.
Cashmere blend top
I got this really cute cashmere blend top and I loved how it looked and felt on me. But after wearing it just once, I noticed those annoying little balls started appearing all over the fabric. And to make matters worse, I couldn't even return it because I had already worn it! Plus, they sell this brand at those airport pop-up stores, so good luck trying to return anything there.
Ordered on 12/7 and still waiting!
I ordered something back on December 7th and it still hasn't arrived! I've sent them two emails but haven't heard back from them at all. The tracking number they gave me doesn't even seem to work. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place, they're taking forever to get things sorted out!
Recent clothing purchase
The textiles from this brand are top-notch, but I was let down by the finishing. They claim 70% European production on the website, but all the items I got were made in China. The Chia top looked good at first glance, but the finishing was off - it seemed used and the stitches were loose. Also, the Alice cardigan I got was shorter on me compared to the model, even though I'm 7 cm shorter than her. And to make matters worse, the Mirja scarf had a noticeable stain. After all this, I left feeling really disappointed and unsatisfied with my shopping experience.
