Mavic quick release Axel
If you are a US-based customer, avoid at all costs! I ordered a simple Mavic thru-axel (fits in a business envelope size package) on Oct 24, 2022. it took almost a month to make it to the US customs Nov 16 but never made it to me. It took me nearly 20 emails, calls to USPS, forms to fill out for their transporter to investigate, etc to no avail. It's only on Feb 17, 2023 - Nearly 4 months later! - that I threatened to report them to whatever eCommerce regulators I could find that they said they would refund me. What a complete waste of my time. I ordered the same part now from a French bike store and it arrived at my door in the US in about a week... Again, I don't know about buying from Europe, but these folks should not be selling to US based customers.
Fruad Fruad Fraud
I paid $315 for two pairs of specialized roller skates which never arrived. Now from reading the reviews I can see what's happened. They intentionally leave the street number and name off, so was held and customs then sent back. By the time I waited a month for them to get to NZ, then wait over a month to return to Spain, the chance I can get my $$ returned from PayPal or bank is slimmer and slimmer. I even paid extra for insurance which now I see is part of the SCAM. I've contacted customer service, they fob my off to the insurance 'route' , which is a fake website. Then I noticed my emails from xtremeinn about receiving a refund once the parcel reaches them are just copy / pastes - probably bots - and it's all delay tactics. This is how con artists operate. Constant excuses to wear you down so you eventually give up. But I'm going to take this as far as I can. This business has likely ripped people off into the millions - worse, they appear to be in cahoots with Google. The Google reviews DO NOT match reviews on other websites. And their ads dominate my searches. Spain wins it for most scamming dishonest people in the world.

Total Scam. No live person to speak to, email, or call. Check out their website- nothing except a fake “chat” button that is a robot and says “sorry, no one available now”. I tried for two weeks when I paid for goods but they never showed up. Got some fake email notice from a “no reply” email address stating “could not deliver”. This company is a Total scam. Do not buy from this site.

BEWARE
I paid for my gear via PayPal as a "Payment".
Later I saw a double charge on my AMEX statement.
They will not issue a merchant credit.

Stay away from this company they do not deliver what they claim my package stuck in transit for over a month and they have no clue where is it, and their customer support changed their stories on the daily basis

I ordered these items on the 15th of September 2020 the product total was R 1 584.98 plus a shipment fee of R 299,99 ..That was the last time they did something right not missing to take money out of my bank account...Till now they've been telling me due to containment measures implemented by your my country to stop the spread of covid , parcel deliveries to my country may be temporarily impacted.

I ordered wheels on Apr 23, they shipped on Apr 24, and had an estimated delivery date of May 5-8. Well, It's now July 24, yes 3 months later, and still no product. And it cleared customs on June 7, so in the US 1.5 months ago. Every time I've contacted them, they just say sorry, it's shipping to the US during COVID and we can't control shipping timing. That may be true, but shipping delays existed for a month before I ordered, so should have changed estimated shipping. Also, when I look at the same product, estimated shipping to my address using the same shipping option is 2-3 weeks. I still haven't received mine and they say I could receive in 1-2 weeks? They know that's false and very deceptive. I finally contacted usps and they told me to file an inquiry as it might be lost. But said international shipping law says the shipper must also file an inquiry. When I asked them to do that they said we're in touch with usps to make sure my package arrived, but said nothing about an inquiry. After 3 months I have filed a dispute of payment with my credit card company.
