Recent boot purchase
I just gotta say, man, my recent boot purchase from this company was a total nightmare. They said one thing about shipping time on their site, but it was totally off. And to top it off, when my package did finally show up, they sent me the wrong boots in the wrong size! Not to mention, the quality was terrible, nowhere near what they showed in the photos online. When I tried to get some help from customer service, they were no help at all - just brushed me off. This whole experience with this company felt like I was being taken advantage of and ripped off. No way I'll ever be coming back here to shop again.
Sneakers
I purchased a women’s air cushion sneakers the color that was advertised was a bright electric blue sneakers when I received my sneakers the color was not even close to what I ordered. I received a grayish blue. I wish I could send you a pic of what I ordered and the shoe that they sent to me. On top of that they charged me a shipping fee. I shouldn’t have to pay for a shipping fee when it was definitely false advertisement. Anyone deciding to order on this website beware. ?
western boots
Fake products cheaply made, came from China. Item received looks nothing like what was pictured. Company wanted me to ship to US location at my cost for a partial refund.

UNBELIEVABLE. It’s been 12 days and these have not even shipped. I’ve reached out several times. I only heard back twice, each time given half-assed by answers that really didn’t supply actual info.

I agree with the other reviews that this company is a scam. They did not sending me a confirmation number when I placed my order and never responded to my emails until the day the shoes arrived. No receipt or order number included. I've been fighting with them for 4 weeks to get my order number and return instructions. They told me to give the shoes to a friend because it will cost too much to return the shoes. Are you kidding me?

This is definitely a fake website! Not only did they steal $48 from me they also faked shipping shoes. How can this website have a locked secure site? I blame them but definitely blame the upper hen's men they are paying to get the go for the secure no worry site! Shame on you. Women’s Sandals
Imily Bela is a huge online scam, the worst I have ever seen!
I ordered what I thought were brand new wedge sandals which turned out to be used to the point that the tread was worn off and the straps were too big to fit my feet. When I emailed to return and get my money back they told me I would have to pay shipping which is double what the wedges cost! Then they suggested I give the wedges away to a friend in order to soften the ... of losing my money on a garbage product!
Do not buy from Imily Bela! They advertise new products then send you garbage, take your money and laugh all the way to the bank!Red boots
Although the boots didnt fit and not what I was looking for I did get my money back and they never treated me unfairly. Plis they let me keep the boots to pass along to someone in need kinda nice.
Platform boots
Scammed me out of $56. I ordered boots, saw the negative reviews of other people and not even 20 mins after placing the order I emailed them requesting them to cancel the order. They emailed right back (which was great) and asked why, I told them. I did not hear back (not so great). So I emailed a couple hours later and reiterated my request. The next morning they email back and tell me not to worry, that they will get my shoes out right away. Every email afterwards was met with the same gaslighting tactic. They then said that they couldn’t stop the order since they shipped it already. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I have all the emails for anyone to see.
Womens Vintage wedges sandals
Buyer beware! I ordered wedge sandals. They were shipped from China. This company sent me these shoes in a plastic bag, as if they were shipping an item of clothing. No box of any kind. Just loosely in a med size plastic envelope. Who ships shoes internationally and doesnt send them in a secure box? The shoes are poor quality. I reached out to their customer service via email. They responded asking me to take photos of the shoes, the shipping label, and the bag they were shipped in, and send them the photos. I will not be purchasing from them again.
2 pairs of of the tie bootie (black and coffee) and 1 pair of the black double zippered boots (supposed to be leather)
Please be aware and don't buy from this company. They post pictures from other manufacturers to make you think and believe that you will be receiving a quality product for a lower price. I believe the changed the description too. It did state thick fleece lined leather boots with a raw type rubber sole. That helped with my decision to buy.
The boots that I received were
cheap manmade leather with a hard and plastic like sole. I sent numerous emails to contact the seller, they told me that return shipping would be too expensive and for me to "gift" the boots to a friend or family member. Strange for shipping to be so/too expensive when the return address is listed as - YT 1055 Sesame Street, Franklin Park, IL 60131.
The only way I'd "gift" the boots to someone is that they refund my money/majority of my money, then i would "gift" them to a Women's Homeless Shelter or agency that serves people that really need help.
They never offered me a refund as i suggested for my return, gave unprofessional customer service and made excuses, giving me the run around about how expensive the shipping to return would be. They did say a 25% refund. But I'd still be stuck with boots that weren't as described.
Although I contemplated for almost 2 months before ordering because of price for the 3 pair I wanted, I'll never buy from this company again.
I wish i would have looked up or saw some reviews before I ordered.
I've contacted PayPal to file a dispute and give my concern about this company and the 3 pair of boots I received.
I just want to be treated with respect, fairly and get what a company list and shows for their items/products.SHAME, SHAME, SHAME, ON THESE SCHISTERS!
Shame on PayPal for allowing them to get away after soooooo many VICTIM customers.
