2 pairs of of the tie bootie (black and coffee) and 1 pair of the black double zippered boots (supposed to be leather)
Please be aware and don't buy from this company. They post pictures from other manufacturers to make you think and believe that you will be receiving a quality product for a lower price. I believe the changed the description too. It did state thick fleece lined leather boots with a raw type rubber sole. That helped with my decision to buy.
The boots that I received were
cheap manmade leather with a hard and plastic like sole. I sent numerous emails to contact the seller, they told me that return shipping would be too expensive and for me to "gift" the boots to a friend or family member. Strange for shipping to be so/too expensive when the return address is listed as - YT 1055 Sesame Street, Franklin Park, IL 60131.
The only way I'd "gift" the boots to someone is that they refund my money/majority of my money, then i would "gift" them to a Women's Homeless Shelter or agency that serves people that really need help.
They never offered me a refund as i suggested for my return, gave unprofessional customer service and made excuses, giving me the run around about how expensive the shipping to return would be. They did say a 25% refund. But I'd still be stuck with boots that weren't as described.
Although I contemplated for almost 2 months before ordering because of price for the 3 pair I wanted, I'll never buy from this company again.
I wish i would have looked up or saw some reviews before I ordered.
I've contacted PayPal to file a dispute and give my concern about this company and the 3 pair of boots I received.
I just want to be treated with respect, fairly and get what a company list and shows for their items/products.
SHAME, SHAME, SHAME, ON THESE SCHISTERS!
Shame on PayPal for allowing them to get away after soooooo many VICTIM customers.
