    A+ 900 series and Network + 007 series practice exams

    I bought the A+ 900 series practice exams from this company back in 2019, and man, they were a game-changer. They really helped me nail down where I was strong and where I needed to brush up. Fast forward to now, I got the Network + 007 series practice exams, but then I realized I wouldn't be able to take the exam in time. Thankfully, they were super cool about it and let me switch my license to the 008 series. As someone who's been through it and got certified, I totally recommend their practice exams for anyone getting ready to tackle these certifications.

    My experience with OpenSky was decent. Ordering was easy and my package arrived pretty quickly. But, the blender I bought seemed like it was definitely remanufactured. It doesn't have the oomph I was hoping for, especially when I compare it to my old non-remanufactured one. And every time I use it, I notice a weird overheating smell, which has me a bit worried.

    I've been buying from this company multiple times and my overall experience has been good. Taste is a personal thing, so I won't get into that debate. I've tried both their original Cacao blend and their newer Matcha blend, and I gotta say, I prefer the Matcha blend hands down. It's got a unique flavor that I really like. Every time I've ordered, the delivery has been quick, right after I paid. I also had a good experience with customer service when I mistakenly used the wrong debit card. As for how the product works, it's tough to say what's real and what's not, but for me, I felt an energy and focus boost after drinking a cup in the morning.

    The delivery to Germany was actually pretty quick, getting to me in just a few days. I was happy there weren't any problems with customs or extra fees, which can sometimes be a pain when you're ordering stuff from another country. The product itself was packed up nice and tight and was simple to use, doing what it said it would. But, I was kinda bummed that the effects didn't stick around as long as I wanted. Even though I followed the directions carefully, my fine lines came back pretty quickly after using it. Being a busy person in my 20s, I was hoping for something that would give me longer-lasting results without having to keep reapplying it all the time.

    The table we got from the store is just what we wanted. It looks modern and classy, and it fits great in our dining room. Ordering it was a breeze, and it showed up at our door in no time. The table is really well made, and the leaves that extend it are super easy to use with a simple clip. But, they forgot to send the "compatible bag" to store the extensions.     I bought a pair of shoes not too long ago and I gotta say, the customer service I got was pretty disappointing. After I placed my order, I waited around for about a month, but didn't get any updates or notifications about it. I tried reaching out through emails, but I never got a response, so I had to turn to social media to get any kind of info. Turns out, one of the shoes I ordered wasn't available anymore and they were gonna give me a refund for it. Eventually, I did get the other shoe, but the whole lack of communication and care for my experience as a customer really left me feeling bummed out.     While I was searching for a good dental clinic, I found Dental Departures. They recommended a clinic for all on four implants and told me that the owner would be there for my procedure. However, when I got there, I was surprised to see a young, inexperienced dentist working on me. This led to all my implants getting infected and needing to be removed. The clinic even tried to put crowns on the infected implants, making things worse. All in all, my time with Dental Departures was really disappointing and I would suggest that others avoid this company.

    Defective smartwatch

    I got this smartwatch back in July 2022, but now it won't update to the latest software no matter what I do. I even followed all the instructions from the company! Turns out it's a common problem that can be fixed by swapping out the motherboard. So I sent it off to get fixed, but after two whole months and a bunch of calls and emails, they're telling me it's not covered by the warranty. How does that make sense? It's not like I broke it on purpose! This hardware and software issue should totally be covered under warranty, especially considering when I bought it. Their customer service is just terrible, I've never dealt with anything like this before. I want my watch back, fixed for free, and with the new Harmony OS 3.0 installed.

    In conclusion, I strongly advise against using EDreams for any travel bookings. Their lack of customer care, profit-driven approach, and disregard for individual circumstances make them an unreliable and untrustworthy company.     I ordered a bag on May 12, 2022 at 6:49pm. I then sent an email on May 14th stating i would like to cancel my order and be refunded in full. Christopher Loinaz emails me today May17th telling me my item shipped on May 12th. Seriously, i ordered it after business hours and never got a confirmation email stating it was shipped. He is arguing with me (not very professional) instead of being honest and doing the right thing. My bag hasnt shipped, yet and i do not want this bag. I highly recommend NO ONE buy from MKF COLLECTION because the people that work here do not care about doing the right thing. I deserve a full refund and my order to be canceled since i reached out to them BEFORE my bag shipped. I ordered in the evening, they were closed over the weekend and today, my item hasnt shown to be shipped.     I recently stayed in a hotel and wanted pillows like what I slept on that night. Fluffco has a 30 day trial period. I ordered 3 soft and they ended up being more like my feather pillows and not as fluffy as the hotel pillows. I packed up original in plastic bags they came in and same box. I thought maybe it was firm that I needed so I ordered 3 firm. These had NO give at all… I could not sleep in these without a crick in my neck (might as well sleep without a pillow). If you want to use to prop yourself up then fine. But I don’t sleep sitting up. I returned in the same condition and the same way the previous went back and realized Fluffco, obviously, wasn’t for me. They first tried to get me to pay for half and “donate” and when I said I had no use for them (they were too firm) they then sent an e-mail and said one had dirt on it and they would have to charge full price for that one. First, I’d of never sent back a pillow that had dirt on it (they were in pillow cases the entire time). Second, the picture they sent me was of a tan smudge conveniently in the plastic showing which pillow it was (firm). I’m guessing so I could not deny. My only regret is not taking pictures of the pillows when I sent back. What’s the point of “30 day money back guarantee” if it’s not to try the pillow to see if it suits you? So, if you aren’t for sure their pillows are what you want… don’t believe the guarantee… I paid $60+ to Fluffco and do not even own a pillow. You might want to try another company.

    Exact same experience! Ordered 3 swimsuits. Took a little more than 30 days to get them and they were not as represented in the photos. I sent a request to return within 3 days of receiving and did not get a response until I sent a follow up email and threatened to contact the better business bureau. The response was that since we were beyond the 15 days from receipt they would only consider giving me another item at half price. What a joke. Do not order from this company!!!!

    I chose Jenny Bird as I always try to support Canadian businesses. I placed my order now well over 1 month ago. The order was sent but never received. They advised it had been lost and they would need to refund the earrings as they had sold out.     I've wanted to buy a Balmain blazer for ages now but they're so ridiculously expensive. A friend recommended I check out this website because there were some good designer deals. We then filed a complaint with the BBB, and a rep from Ella immediately responded and offered a replacement. I emailed right back and accepted the replacement option. They didn't contact me again. I emailed them last night (11 days since I emailed to accept the replacement) and told them I expected the replacement or a refund by a certain date. Today they sent me a gift card. No other communication, just an emailed gift card that says, "Someone likes you". I'm glad they sent the giftcard at least, but I can't believe what a hassle this has been. This company is ridiculously unprofessional, and as much as this sounds like hyperbole, they literally have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
