Down Feather Pillow
I have really enjoyed this pillow. It is truly representative of something you would find at a luxury hotel and has provided me the most magical sleep since I got it. I think most impressive is the price. This brand claims to be working supplier direct, and is charging <$100 for a pillow compared to that of the hotel brands which can be $200+. I know because I checked. I was originally on the market for that, and then I found this. They were not lying. It's the same product for a better price. Win win.
Down & Feather Pillow + Down Blended Duvet
I've travelled for business all of my adult life and have had the luxury of staying in some of the countries best hotels. Whenever I come home to my own bed I always find my self yearning for that perfectly crisp hotel pillow. When I saw the prices some of these hotel's pillows I was shocked and luckily in the same search I found Fluffco. The pillow is as good as any of the 5-stars I've stayed at and the duvet is nice and crisp as well. 10/10 would recommend.
Firm Down and Feather pillow
I’ve been looking for a good hotel pillow for years. I decided to give these a try because there is a 30 day free trial. The pillow arrived in awesome packaging and was vacuum sealed. At first I thought the pillow would be too flat, but FluffCo emailed instructions to put the pillow in the dryer to fluff it up. The pillow came out amazing and it’s been super fluffy and comfortable ever since. Highly recommend the pillow.
Firm Down
The pillows arrived quickly. Although they came vacuum sealed in 2 separate boxes, one would have sufficed. I’m extremely anxious to use them as they are hotel quality. The only thing I find negative is there was no packing slip or instructions included on properly fluffing them up and/or return instructions if needed.
Firm King Pillow
My experience with FluffCo has been horrible. Everything about this company has been unprofessional and unorganized. My order was supposed to be delivered at a certain date...when I contacted them to ask them where my shipment was, they told me that my order was on backorder and I was welcome to cancel it if I liked and that it wouldn't arrive until the end of next week. Extremely disappointed, I replied back to Travis the customer service rep that I would like to cancel. Travis never replied back to my cancellation request. The next day, I received my pillow shipment (which again I had already cancelled since I had gone ahead and purchased another pillow brand). I received an email back from Travis at that time then not even mentioning my cancellation request and rather stating that I should have received my pillow today. I replied back that I had but unfortunately I had already cancelled the order and no longer needed the pillow. Travis never replied, nor did any other customer service rep. I thankfully purchased through PayPal and after filing a dispute with PayPal, PayPal sided with me. The pillow itself is absolutely horrible...definitely not firm like I ordered...it literally sinks in and I will be donating it, but I am SO thankful that I got my $130 back. Please spend your money elsewhere, not only is the customer service invisible here, but their pillows are absolutely horrible.
Down Alternative Soft
I’ve always had an issue finding good pillows but someone recommended this brand to me and I’m so glad they did! The pillows have the perfect amount of springiness while also feeling luxuriously soft. I also really liked the packaging.
Tried soft then firm
I recently stayed in a hotel and wanted pillows like what I slept on that night. Fluffco has a 30 day trial period. I ordered 3 soft and they ended up being more like my feather pillows and not as fluffy as the hotel pillows. I packed up original in plastic bags they came in and same box. I thought maybe it was firm that I needed so I ordered 3 firm. These had NO give at all… I could not sleep in these without a crick in my neck (might as well sleep without a pillow). If you want to use to prop yourself up then fine. But I don’t sleep sitting up. I returned in the same condition and the same way the previous went back and realized Fluffco, obviously, wasn’t for me. They first tried to get me to pay for half and “donate” and when I said I had no use for them (they were too firm) they then sent an e-mail and said one had dirt on it and they would have to charge full price for that one. First, I’d of never sent back a pillow that had dirt on it (they were in pillow cases the entire time). Second, the picture they sent me was of a tan smudge conveniently in the plastic showing which pillow it was (firm). I’m guessing so I could not deny. My only regret is not taking pictures of the pillows when I sent back. What’s the point of “30 day money back guarantee” if it’s not to try the pillow to see if it suits you? So, if you aren’t for sure their pillows are what you want… don’t believe the guarantee… I paid $60+ to Fluffco and do not even own a pillow. You might want to try another company.
