I am so happy with my purchase
Me and my husband shifted to our new home, we used to live in apartment and we decided that we will not take the apartment's furniture, we actually had everything for really long and it was not going with our new home.
So after doing a lot of work, we found this one and bought some basics for try , and it was really good and then we bought this sofa , and i am so happy with the purchase. . It has been 4 months since the purchase, and every day i see this sofa in my living room , and i feel hoppy with it.
The price is not that different, but still the purchase worth it. The quality is amazing and the service was a lot helpful.Two coffee tables
I just bought two coffee tables from this store, and let me tell you, I was really impressed with how everything went down. Ordering was a breeze, but I hit a little snag when I got a tracking email with no tracking number. No worries though, when I got in touch with customer service, they got back to me the same day with all the info I needed. Delivery was on point and both tables showed up in perfect condition. I gotta give a shoutout to the delivery company too for keeping me posted on when my tables were coming. All in all, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future.
Furniture for my living room
My shopping experience at this store was amazing. The website was super easy to use and I had no trouble finding what I needed. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire ordering process with updates that were clear and on time. Kasia, the sales rep, was just fantastic - she knew her stuff, helped me out, and really paid attention to what I was looking for. I can't wait for my order to get here, I'm sure it's going to be great. Overall, I'm really happy with how everything went and I would definitely tell others to check out this store.
Online ordering experience
As somebody who uses the online ordering service, I gotta say I was happy with the website overall. But, I did run into a little issue while I was placing my order. The prices seemed to be going up and down a bit, especially when I got to the Delivery Method part. Made me wonder if there was a glitch or something with the website. Even though it took a few tries, I was able to finally place my order. The whole experience wasn't bad, but it would be nice if the company could fix those tech issues for other customers in the future.
5 Beautiful Chairs
I just bought 5 chairs from this store, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good they are. These chairs look so nice and really make my home look fancier. But, I gotta admit, one of the chairs broke pretty quickly after I started using it. So, I shot customer service an email, and they were on it right away. Within a week, they had a replacement chair sent out to me. I'm happy with how fast and helpful the customer service peeps were.
Home furniture
The furniture I got from this place is seriously awesome! The design and style are just top-notch, and they fit perfectly with my home decor. Unfortunately, one of the pieces I got had a defect. But, when I reached out to customer service through their website, I was pleasantly surprised. They quickly offered to replace the messed-up item or give me credit, which was a big relief. I'm really impressed with how efficient and friendly they were in dealing with this problem.
Extendable table purchase
The table we got from the store is just what we wanted. It looks modern and classy, and it fits great in our dining room. Ordering it was a breeze, and it showed up at our door in no time. The table is really well made, and the leaves that extend it are super easy to use with a simple clip. But, they forgot to send the "compatible bag" to store the extensions. All in all, we're super happy with our purchase and would totally recommend this table to anyone looking for a stylish and useful dining table.
Order inquiry and pending purchase
I recently contacted them to check if they had the items I needed in stock and was happy to hear that they did and would be delivered within the next week. However, I also wanted to order the Lonela table lamp in marble with a green finish, but it was out of stock. Since I won't be in Spain for the next 8 weeks, I asked when it would be available again. I want to buy it and have it sent to my friend's place. Overall, I was pleased with how quickly and helpful the customer service team was.
Furniture delivery to Ireland
I just got some furniture delivered to my place in Ireland after ordering it online. Everything went super smoothly - the delivery came on time and the furniture was in great shape. I also found it really easy to return a few things that didn't quite work out in my space. They came to pick it up from my house real quick and the whole process was super organized. The quality of the furniture is really impressive, which is a big plus when you're spending a good chunk of change on it.
Cute stool for room
OMG you guys, you won't believe it! I found the cutest stool for my room and it's seriously amazing! It got delivered super quickly, just five days all the way to my house in Ireland. The customer service was awesome, they kept me in the loop on when it would arrive. The stool arrived in perfect condition, wrapped up so nicely to keep it safe. Thank you so much, I'm absolutely in love with it!
Dining chairs
I recently picked up 6 awesome dining chairs because I'm not a fan of UK brands, so no furniture store with DF in the name for me. These chairs look really nice and were easy to assemble. The fabric is amazing - stains like ketchup just wipe right off! And the designs on them are pretty cool too.
Sofa fabric samples
As a customer from the UK, I really think it would be helpful if the company offered fabric samples for sofas that you can order. It's tough to make a decision about buying online without actually seeing the product in real life. I'm super excited for my sofa to arrive and crossing my fingers that it lives up to what I'm expecting.
Recently purchased chairs
I bought some chairs online, but one of them got messed up during delivery. The company's After Sales team really impressed me though. They were easy to reach by phone and email, and they sorted everything out quickly and without any drama. Their professionalism made me feel good about my purchase, and I'd definitely shop with them again. Big shoutout to Ms. Judit for all her help!
