Subscription box purchase
This company doesn't even bother letting you know when your subscription is set to ship. And when you try to tweak anything on their website, it's a mess and you end up with mixed messages. It's all pretty sketchy if you ask me, especially when there are other, better options out there. Plus, I'm pretty sure the FTC says companies have to let you cancel online if you signed up that way, and this company definitely isn't following that rule.

The sweater I bought was a total letdown. It cost way too much and didn't fit right at all. The material was cheap and stinky, with a bunch of little fuzzballs on it. Their size small felt more like an extra small, which was super disappointing. I returned it because it was so poorly made, but I never got my money back. Customer service said I sent back the wrong thing, but I know that's not true. I tried to get it sorted out, but they never got back to me. All in all, a really bad experience with this company.

Pocket Hose purchase
I bought this Pocket Hose Copper Bullet because it came with a ten-year warranty in case it lost performance from wear and tear. But then the plastic connector on the hose broke, making the sprayer useless. I reached out to customer service, showed them a picture of the problem, and they said they'd send me a new one with all copper connections. However, when I got the replacement, it still had the same faulty plastic connector. Even though they promised me a refund for the messed-up product, I haven't gotten it yet.

12-year veteran of this game
I've been playing this game since 2006 and let me tell you, it's been one frustrating ride. The customer service is terrible, taking forever to respond to tickets, and when they finally do, they never seem to be on the player's side. It's just not worth the money to keep playing this game. The worst part is the risk of getting banned for things that are out of your control, like accepting gift contracts from other players only to have everything stolen by the GMs. And good luck trying to get help with that issue. Do yourself a favor and play something else, like Star Wars or any game that actually values its players' time and effort.

I think the price per page should go down as the album size goes up, so folks like me can afford it better. Also, I wish there were more templates for layouts with 7 or more pictures per page. I often have to get creative and tweak existing templates with more slots to fit my needs. It would be awesome to have standard templates made for this purpose. And it would be really cool if I could save the custom templates I create for future use. That way, I could save time and effort down the road.
