    Late and Dead Flowers

    Man, I'm so disappointed! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, and they showed up days late and totally wilted. It's annoying to see tons of other folks also complaining about their deliveries being late and their flowers being dead. It's just sad that a company can't seem to handle something as basic as delivering flowers on time, especially for a big day like Mother's Day. The flowers were in such bad shape, it was really unacceptable. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone trying to surprise a special someone with a pretty bouquet.

    Valentine bouquet disappointment

    I got a Valentine's Day bouquet from someone special, but it was a total letdown. Supposed to be this amazing arrangement that was carefully put together and sent out overnight. But when it got here, I could hear broken glass in the box. Trying to get the flowers out, I ended up cutting my hand on the broken vase. Plus, lots of the flowers were messed up, bruised, and some even broken off the stems. Definitely not the beautiful bouquet I was expecting, especially considering how much my loved one paid for the "Margot" bouquet. I think a refund is needed here.

    Bouquet delivered in poor condition

    I got a bouquet from this company recently, and let me tell you, it was such a huge letdown. The flowers were all squished up against the top of the box, and because of that, a bunch of them were totally messed up. To make matters worse, the flowers couldn't handle the cold, so even though I tried to save them by putting them in warm water, they didn't make it. And on top of that, when I snipped the stems, the green stuff at the top fell right off. All in all, it was a pretty sad situation with what was supposed to be a lovely birthday gift for someone.

    Wilted flowers, poor customer service

    I've gotten wilted flowers a few times from this company in the past few months. The shipping always seems to have issues and the customer service is seriously lacking. I tried reaching out multiple times for help but never got a response to my emails. It's been super frustrating trying to deal with the problems. Based on my bad experiences, I suggest checking out other places for flower delivery.

    Birthday bouquet mishap

    I recently ordered a birthday bouquet for my niece from Urban Stem and let me tell you, I was completely let down by the whole thing. She ended up getting the wrong bouquet which turned out to be a sympathy bouquet for someone's 60th birthday. To top it off, the message was all wrong too, just making the whole situation awkward. When I reached out to their "Happiness Team", they knew about the mix-up but didn't bother getting in touch with me first. They only offered me a $15 credit for my next order, which I thought was hardly enough given the mess they made. I asked for a refund, but got no reply. Then, to make matters worse, I was asked for feedback on their support but found out the ticket was closed and they weren't taking any more comments. All in all, my experience with Urban Stem was a disaster and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

    Christmas peonies purchase

    I just bought some Christmas peonies from a flower shop and man, was I let down by how they turned out. I asked for pink ones but got white flowers instead that didn't even fully bloom before they started wilting. So I contacted customer service for a refund, but they weren't very helpful and only offered me a discount on my next order. This whole thing really bummed me out and now I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone who wants nice flowers.

    Sister's 40th birthday flowers

    I was really let down by my recent purchase for my sister's 40th birthday. I got her a big bouquet of flowers, but they ended up being more than 3 days late. When I contacted customer service, all they gave me was a lame store credit. The flowers finally showed up, but they were way smaller than I thought they'd be and definitely not worth what I paid.

    Dissatisfactory flower arrangement

    I recently bought a flower arrangement online and man, was I let down. The flowers were sad-looking and beat up, not to mention totally different from what I saw in the picture. It felt like a bait and switch, you know? The quality was like something you'd find at a grocery store, but even worse because they were all messed up when they got here.     My experience with sending flowers from out-of-town services has been pretty disappointing. I had some trouble with Urban Stems, who uses FedEx for deliveries. I recently wanted to send flowers for a friend's mom's memorial service, and it was a total mess. Urban Stems said the church was closed, even though it wasn't, so they couldn't deliver the flowers. They said they'd remake the arrangement and send it to my friend's house instead, but it never showed up even days later. I was really upset by how little they seemed to care or show compassion. In the end, I just went with a local florist for a reliable and timely delivery.

    This was my second time ordering from this company, and I have to say it's gonna be my last. I dropped over $80 on a bouquet of birthday flowers, and let me tell you, the whole thing was a major letdown.     Flower order never arrived, promised replacements never came

    I am incredibly disappointed with the service I got from this company. I ordered flowers way ahead of time for a special occasion, and they never arrived. I contacted customer service, and they said they'd redeliver the flowers the next day and then the next week, but they didn't. They not only didn't keep their word, but they also wouldn't give me a refund for the trouble. This lack of responsibility and follow-through is totally unacceptable, and I won't be using them again.

    Bouquet of roses

    I bought some roses from this company and it was such a huge letdown. The flowers showed up on May 11th and they looked nothing like what I saw online. The roses were all droopy and brown, plus the filler petals were falling off. I emailed customer service right away and even sent over some pics of the sad arrangement I got. They told me a replacement would be sent out the next day, but nothing came. The same thing happened the day after, and even on the Tuesday after Mother's Day, still no flowers. Trying to talk to their "Happiness Team" was a joke, they were in the Philippines and South Africa, making it impossible to fix the issue. I've never dealt with such terrible service and lack of follow-through from a company. Even reaching out to Corporate hasn't given me much hope for a solution. I suggest using a better flower delivery service like FTD.

    I messed up by not checking out the reviews before buying from this company. My friend never got her birthday flowers when they were supposed to arrive, and I had to deal with some annoying customer service to get my money back. They decided to switch up the bouquet without even asking me, and then delivered it way too late after my friend had already left town.     The website was easy to use and the customer service was really quick and friendly. But man, the quality of the product was just not up to par. My Mother's Day flowers came in with stems that looked old, stones that were all broken, and flowers that were droopy. The replacement bouquet wasn't any better - it had flowers smashed up and wilted too.     I used to love this flower company, but lately they just haven't been the same. We've been ordering flowers from them for ages, and they used to be really beautiful. But now, it seems like they aren't as great as they used to be. The flowers we got right before Christmas were supposed to be a special treat, but it turned out to be the same ones we got just last month.     Mother's Day gift

    I made the mistake of ordering two gifts for Mother's Day, hoping to surprise my loved ones with beautiful bouquets. Unfortunately, what showed up were two sad-looking arrangements that looked like they were on their last legs. The first order arrived on time, but the second was a whole three days late, ruining the surprise. When I contacted customer service through online chat, all they offered at first was a credit for future flowers, which didn't really help. It was only after I told them how frustrated I was that they finally offered a refund, which I accepted. I won't be giving this company another chance to make it right, that's for sure.
