Trendy clothing and accessories
I gotta say, I was pretty amazed by how awesome the stuff was that I got in my package from this subscription service. It was all super hip and stylish, totally my vibe since I’m all about staying on top of the latest fashion trends. Trying everything on and choosing what to keep was a blast, and I ended up holding onto a few pieces that I just totally adored. Sending back the stuff I wasn’t into was easy peasy, and it was real nice that they covered the return shipping costs. The customer service I got was seriously amazing - the person I talked to was super quick to answer my questions and went above and beyond to help me out. It was definitely a great experience overall!

Electric vehicle charging inconvenience
I really like using Zipcar, it's so handy, especially with the flex option for airport trips. The customer service is great, they're always there to help. But my last time using an electric car was not so good. The car ran out of charge fast, so I had to stop and charge it in the middle of my trip. It ended up taking an extra hour, and I had to pay for it too.

10 Cup Coffee Maker
I bought this coffee maker from OXO about five months ago. At first, I really liked how it looked and heard good things about OXO's products. But after only five months, it just stopped working out of the blue. I was really bummed, especially since it cost over $180. And of course, it had to break right after the return period was over. I was hoping for better from OXO, especially for something as simple as a coffee maker.

Delayed shipment and poor customer service
I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but I'm feeling really frustrated with my recent experience. I placed an order and got charged right away, but it's been days and my order still hasn't been shipped. I've tried reaching out to customer service twice, but haven't heard back at all. It's kind of disappointing to see this lack of communication and follow-through from a company that I used to trust.

Breast pump purchase with lack of spare parts
The breast pump I bought was kind of expensive, but it works really well. One downside though, it didn't come with many extra parts so I have to clean them all the time. When I tried to buy more, I realized they were sold in different amounts and some rubber pieces weren't even for sale. If I had known this was gonna be the case, I probably would've looked at other options. Having to buy so many spare parts ended up making the whole thing way too pricey for me.

Birthday flowers
I was kinda bummed out about the birthday flowers I ordered 'cause they showed up all brown and sad lookin'. I wanted it to be a sweet little surprise, but it ended up being kinda embarrassing, you know? I was hopin' for some fresh and colorful flowers, but what I got was a total letdown. The quality was just not up to par, especially for what I shelled out.

Perfume purchase
I bought some perfume at that store recently and man, was I let down. Even though it's a well-known brand, the scent didn't last at all. It was gone in like 10 minutes after I put it on. Total waste of money.
