DVD Ripper Software Purchase
I've been using this DVD ripper software for years now, and let me tell you, it's been worth every penny. I've been using Winx HD Video Converter for a while now and just started trying out Winx DVD Ripper. I have to say, both of them have really impressed me with how easy they are to use and how well they perform. But I ran into a problem because of a hard drive failure and had to get in touch with Customer Support for help.

I just bought a DVD video converter so I could change my MPG files into a more common format that can play on any DVD player with a USB port. VideoProc
Received a lifetime license in 2020 for Videoproc v3.6. In Dec 2023 program stopped working, only offering a popup to update. The only free version forced me to follow digiarty through facebook or youtube. I'm old and don't have social media accounts. I also don't want to be blackmailed or forced into follwing someone I don't want to. Digiarty response to my query was simply that the version is outdated!. I guess a lifetime license doesn't mean what I thought it meant. If the old version was working fine, why brick it? I'm happy not to get support for the old version but it did what I wanted. Don't think I'll ever buy software from Digiarty.

AI Upscaler problem
I had a problem with the new AI Upscaler and decided to email Support over the New Year holiday. I was actually shocked when I got a reply on New Year's Day, and they fixed the problem right away. Turns out, all I needed to do was update my GPU drivers. The support I got was really great, way better than I expected. I've been using Win X products for about six years now, and this was the first time I ran into any issues.

I just bought a software license from this company thinking I could reload my apps after I reset my computer. But when I tried to use the old license from a few years ago, it didn't work. I called Customer Service and they sent me a new license right away. I was pretty surprised at how fast they acted and how they kept their promise.

I bought Winx DVD Ripper Platinum and WinX DVD Copy PRO
I have contacted your company 3 times trying to get the activation code. They did send it and I installed the number result was it told me to install correct code. I contacted the service department again and they asked for pictures which I have sent. No response from the pictures. All i want is a solution to getting the activation code to work or my money back.
Buyer Beware NO MONEY Back
Their site has a lot of hype - I think they pay for reviews with the people they rip off by not providing good solid software. The software is not intuitive and does not connect with Apple products? I purchased MacX DVD Ripper and added the other software they throw at you for a discount. All of it acted the same and would not easily connect to any Apple product for getting pictures and the like.
Shirley will respond to you email request for a refund and tell you to pound sand. It is funny as they stay you have no particular reason for the refund and juts because you don't like that is not a valid reason. You should have tried a limited version FOR FREE for 30 days.
I figure all people who have had a similar experience need to warn others. So WARNING - WARNING - Don't buy to try - No Refund will be given just for any reason.Digiarty VideoProc
I purchased and registered a lifetime license for VideoProc, but the software now shows up as the trial version when I open it. When I tried to contact Digiarty customer support, all of the options given to contact anyone at the company did nothing when I clicked on them.
I am updating my review. I was able to contact Digiarty through my own email account rather than their website. A representative responded the next day with information that solved my problem. As of now, I am happy with the company's customer service. I have also had good experience with one of their software programs in the past.
