Model engine kit
I messed up the address for my order, so it didn't reach me the first time. Luckily, Stirlingkit's customer support team was amazing and super helpful. They fixed the problem right away and sent out my items again. When the package finally arrived, I was really impressed by how well it was packed - they definitely took good care of it. Everything looked good and in place. Can't review the items yet since they're for my Son's Birthday and Christmas, but I'm sure he'll love them. Thanks a lot, Stirlingkit, for your awesome customer service.

Defective lawn mower
The customer service for this company online is just terrible. It took me a whole 6 months to even get my hands on the mower I ordered, and when it finally arrived, a crucial part was damaged. Now I can't even use it! Trying to get a replacement has been a total nightmare. I'm still waiting on it with no clue when it will show up. I've never dealt with such incompetence and lack of concern from an online store like this before.

T-shirt purchase
I tried to buy a t-shirt from this website, and let me tell you, it was a total scam! They never sent me anything, and on top of that, they kept asking for my bank statement, like seriously? I was hoping to get a really cool shirt, but all I got was scammed big time. Definitely do not order from this place, it's super fake and they're just after your money! I would give it a 0/10, do not recommend at all.

Large appliance purchase
I just bought a big appliance from this store, but I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with how the delivery and customer service went down. I set up the delivery for a Saturday since I was off work that day and needed the appliance then. But on the actual delivery day, I got a call saying they couldn't deliver it because the pedestal was damaged. It was annoying because I took the day off and it would've been nice if they told me earlier when the damage happened.

Easy-to-use hearing aids
These hearing aids are amazing because they're so easy to use! I really appreciate not having to bother with any extra apps or complex settings.
