Flexible and durable SUP boards
The kayak or paddleboard is great because they're flexible and easy to store. They're sturdy and can handle little accidents. The paddles are simple to adjust. The boards are tough enough for SUP yoga. Taking our son on the kayak is a breeze - we all fit fine and float easily. Also, the customer service was excellent - they shipped quickly and replaced a broken clip on a kayak seat without any charge right away.

Cyber Monday Dress Purchase
I scooped up this dress I'd been wanting for a while during Cyber Monday when it finally went on sale. Only 10 left, so I was like, let's do this! But then a few days later, I got hit with a refund notice out of the blue, saying they were all out of stock and my dress wasn't on the way. Just to add insult to injury, I still got charged for the shipping, which really rubbed me the wrong way.
So, I decided to call customer service to get to the bottom of it. The person I talked to was just so short and unfriendly about it all. They did refund the shipping, but not one word of sorry, before hanging up on me. It's like, seriously? I've been in customer service roles too, and I know there's a better way to handle that whole mess than just being cold and indifferent about it.Review about: Life Cykel
Mushroom extract products
I recently had a pretty bad experience with the packaging and customer service at this company. I'm a loyal customer who always orders their mushroom extract products for international delivery. But my latest order showed up with really lousy packaging. The bottles weren't protected well at all – they were just surrounded by these foam chips that seemed to dissolve easily. Because of that, a 120ml bottle of Chaga Extract ended up broken. Even the customs officials were surprised by how bad the packaging was when I had to open the package at their office. When I contacted the customer service team about all this, their response didn't seem very sincere and they didn't seem too concerned about what I went through. I really care about getting quality products and good service, so this whole experience has really let me down and now I'm not sure if I can stay loyal to this brand.

Wow, I ordered some butter and crab cakes and, holy moly, they sent me some expired butter! Can you believe it?? And the crab cakes got all squished by some ice packs, like, seriously?! I let them know about it and all they said was "we will check into that." Like, hello, I need some help here, people!! Not cool at all. 🙄

Slip-on sneakers
I just bought these slip-on sneakers from this store, and man, I'm really bummed out. I've only been wearing them indoors occasionally for a few months, and the soles and heels are already falling apart. When I contacted customer service for help, they had the nerve to say that this kind of wear is normal for their products and wouldn't do anything about it. It's ridiculous for such a big company to have such low quality. Do yourself a favor and get some Converse instead.
