SUPs purchase
I recently bought a couple of SUPs and man, they really impressed me with their quality and how well they perform. My family and friends have had a blast trying them out on the lake by our house, making some really great memories together. But then one of the SUPs got a little leak, and no matter what I did to fix it, the leak just wouldn't go away. So, I sent a picture of the problem to customer service, and they got back to me super fast with a solution that went above and beyond what I expected. They said they would send me a new SUP because of the leak, and sure enough, I got the replacement without any issues. I'm grateful for how quickly and efficiently the customer service team handled everything, it allowed me to keep on having fun outdoors without any interruptions.
Inflatable paddle board for windsurfing
I just picked up an inflatable paddle board for windsurfing and let me tell ya, it's a total game-changer! This board is super sturdy, tough, and once you blow it up to the recommended psi, it feels just as solid as a fiberglass board. The whole thing is built really well, and I've gotten tons of compliments from other surfers out at the beach. It came with everything I needed, and the shipping was crazy fast. I recently picked up a cool inflatable stand-up paddleboard that's also windsurfing-friendly and has two fins. Let me tell you, this thing is awesome for the price because it's good quality and has a bunch of cool features. It's super light, inflatable, and easy to carry around. Plus, it's got some handy extras like non-slip surfaces, a GoPro mount, and straps for your gear. The two fins, especially the dagger fin in the middle, make it great for beginners and pros alike. I just bought an inflatable stand-up paddleboard and an electric pump from this company. Since I'm almost 60, having that electric pump really made it easy to inflate and deflate the board. I do worry a bit, like others, about making sure the valve is closed tight. But overall, it's been a blast feeling the waves beneath me while paddleboarding. I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest it to anyone looking for a fun outdoor activity.

I've been with this company for about five years, and man, their inflatable SUPs are something else. The design catches your eye and the way they work is unbeatable. Our kids are obsessed with ours, they even gave it a funny name, "The Megalodon." These boards are tough as nails - they've been through so many water adventures with us. I love that this brand always comes through with top quality stuff, that's why I'll stick with them. Oh, and I had a little problem with customer service recently, but they sorted it out super fast and were really nice about it.
Family fun with multi-person SUP
This multi-person stand-up paddleboard has been such a hit with my family, especially the grandkids who just can't get enough of it. The stand-up paddleboard from this company has seriously changed the game for me, dude! I recently had to get a new fin for my SUP board that I bought a couple years back. I lost the detachable fin and reached out to the company on their website. I was happy to see that their customer service was really great. Even though I didn't buy the board from them directly, they were super helpful and sent me a replacement at no cost. The new fin got to me in just a week, all the way from China. I'm really impressed with how quick and willing they were to assist.
Windsurf SUP purchase
I just bought this awesome windsurf SUP that comes with a spot for attaching a windsurfing sail and a center fin. It may not be top-of-the-line gear for serious windsurfers, but let me tell you, it's a total blast for a beginner like me. Plus, it doubles as a regular paddleboard, and my friends and I have been having a blast taking it out on the water this summer. The quality is top-notch, it looks super cool, and it's a breeze to paddle around on for hours.
Inflatable kayak purchase
The inflatable kayak I picked up from that store was way better than I thought it would be. The customer service was top-notch, the kayak is super easy to carry and steady on the water, plus it moves through the water like a dream. It was a breeze to blow up and put on the fins, which made everything even more awesome. All in all, I'm really happy with what I got.
Flexible and durable SUP boards
The kayak or paddleboard is great because they're flexible and easy to store. They're sturdy and can handle little accidents. The paddles are simple to adjust. The boards are tough enough for SUP yoga. Taking our son on the kayak is a breeze - we all fit fine and float easily. Also, the customer service was excellent - they shipped quickly and replaced a broken clip on a kayak seat without any charge right away.
Awesome board, got a new one for free!
My awesome board lasted for a few years until the seam ripped open and couldn't be fixed. I sent a pic to the company and they immediately sent me a brand new board. Now I'm super excited to get back out on the water!

I gotta say, I am super pleased with the customer service I got from this company. Ordering was a breeze, and my kayak showed up right on time with no problems. When I noticed a part was missing, their customer service team jumped right on it and fixed things up fast. I've already taken my Freein Explorer Kayak out on the water three times, and I'm having a blast every time.
Yoga board purchase
I love yoga, but I've never tried doing it on the water before. I thought it would be a cool experience, so I decided to buy a yoga board online. The board is super strong and stable, so I don't have to worry about falling off when I'm doing all my yoga moves on it. It was a great choice and Freein made my shopping experience awesome!
