Lions Mane, Reishi, and Cordyceps
I ordered these really cool mushrooms from this place and they came pretty fast. The bottles look really fancy and it's clear they put a lot of effort into their marketing. I checked out some info on Reddit before I bought them, so I was eager to test them out. I've been taking them every day for a few weeks now, but to be honest, I haven't noticed any changes. I mean, seriously, I thought I'd feel something by now! I suppose I'll finish the bottles since I already paid for them, but I won't be getting more. That's a bummer.
Lion's mane extract and chai purchase
The lion's mane extract from this company has been a game-changer for me. I use it every morning and it really helps me stay sharp and focused. Plus, their chai is a tasty treat I like to sip on in the afternoon for a little boost. I started using these products back on November 4th, 2022. Since then, I've really noticed a big boost in my energy and mood. Order cancellation and refund
I messed up my order and bought the wrong stuff. As soon as I realized, I reached out to customer service by email. They surprisingly got back to me super fast and canceled my order before it shipped. And not only that, they gave me a refund within a day. I was really impressed by how helpful and quick they were in fixing my mistake without any trouble.
Cordyceps mushrooms, more bang for your buck
Oh my goodness, if you've ever used other cordyceps products like that erbology powder, you'd totally understand how cordyceps can make you feel so energized and great. I'm telling you, Life Cykel's cordyceps is seriously amazing because you get so much more bang for your buck, like for real!
Mushrooms purchase
I ordered some mushroom stuff from this company and man, it's been a huge letdown with the delivery. It's been more than a month and my order still hasn't shown up. The company didn't even bother talking to the carrier at first, so the product got sent back. Then it took them another 5 days to send it out again. Now the second shipment has been chilling in Dubai for a whole week, and the company hasn't done anything to speed up the delivery. I'd say skip these guys and just find your mushroom products locally.
Whole set of extracts
I was so bummed about buying that whole set of extracts. I thought they'd be amazing but they didn't do anything for me. I did everything the instructions said, but nothing good happened. I was really counting on those extracts to help me out, but they didn't meet my expectations.

Fake lions mane
I ordered this product online and when it arrived, the packaging looked like it was thrown together in someone's garage - super cheap quality. Even when I upped the dosage, it didn't do a thing for me. I typically enjoy lions mane supplements, but this one was just a waste of money. Lifecykel is selling fake lions mane, so I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on this junk.
Mushroom extract products
I used to really like this brand, but man, my last order was a mess. The packaging was terrible and my Chaga Extract bottle arrived broken because it wasn't packed properly. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it seemed like they didn't even care about my problem. Clearly, they care more about advertising than making sure their products are top-notch.
Mushroom product
I ordered this mushroom product thinking it was something else, but turns out it's mostly alcohol. I right away asked for my money back and told them to forget the delivery. But guess what? They still sent it and now I gotta pay to ship it back - not cool at all. The emails from them weren't very nice or friendly, which is surprising for a product that's supposed to be really good. It's such a letdown, and I haven't even received the package yet! 😂 I suggest going for the 10 formula instead - it's great, has all the mushrooms, and no alcohol. Plus, the folks there are really cool.
My order never arrived
I spent $200 on something online, and it never arrived! Even though I was home when they claimed to have delivered it to a "safe spot," I never found it. I contacted customer support, but all I received was one email advising me to check with the post office (which I already did, and no luck there!). It's been 5 whole days now, and I haven't received any assistance or my item. I made the purchase, so I should receive it, right? I need a quick solution!
Large order to Israel
I made this big order to send over to Israel, but things got tricky with all the conflict going on there. They wanted me to pay an extra $117 to cover the higher shipping costs. I decided to just ask for my money back, but so far, I haven't seen a dime. It's frustrating to feel like I wasted money on nothing.
Mushroom extract products
I recently had a pretty bad experience with the packaging and customer service at this company. I'm a loyal customer who always orders their mushroom extract products for international delivery. But my latest order showed up with really lousy packaging. The bottles weren't protected well at all – they were just surrounded by these foam chips that seemed to dissolve easily. Because of that, a 120ml bottle of Chaga Extract ended up broken. Even the customs officials were surprised by how bad the packaging was when I had to open the package at their office. When I contacted the customer service team about all this, their response didn't seem very sincere and they didn't seem too concerned about what I went through. I really care about getting quality products and good service, so this whole experience has really let me down and now I'm not sure if I can stay loyal to this brand.
Canceled subscription
I emailed them to cancel my subscription, but they went ahead and charged my account anyway. Even though I mentioned it to them, they still sent out the products. So now I've got to wait for the package to show up so I can return it and get my refund.
Tasted Terrible
I got these products that tasted just awful, so I thought, "No way am I getting more of these." But then, out of nowhere, I get this super pushy letter from the company trying to get me to pay them more money for some discount they gave me at the start. It felt so sketchy and totally unprofessional.
non-functional product and unresponsive customer service
I bought something from this company that said it would do certain things for me, but it didn't work at all. And when I wanted to write a review on Google to let others know about my bad experience, I couldn't figure out how to do it easily. Then, when I wanted to cancel my monthly subscription within the 30-day money-back guarantee window, they wouldn't let me do it. I had to get my bank involved. All in all, my time dealing with this company has been super disappointing and annoying.
