    This place is legit! I gotta say, from the minute I ordered, everything was smooth sailing. Ordering was easy peasy, the customer service was awesome (shoutout to the super friendly staff!), my order got here faster than I thought, the packaging was perfect, and, best of all, the juices were delicious!     Sightseeing Pass review

    The Sightseeing Pass was great for most attractions, but you gotta remember to email each place beforehand to make sure everything's good. We had some trouble with cruise companies not accepting the pass even though they were on the website. But after emailing in advance, we managed to avoid any issues. Overall, we used the pass for MoMA, Madame Tussaud's, Empire State Building, The Edge, Top of the Rock, Big Bus tour, and Circle Line cruises with a 2-day Day Pass. We definitely felt like we got our money's worth, and I'd recommend it to others who are ready to plan ahead.

    The store seriously needs an undercover boss to come in and check things out. The customer service was really subpar and not at all exciting. Waiting for someone to unlock the changing rooms was painful, it felt like forever. I could have easily ordered a pizza and had it delivered in the time it took, no joke. The staff just seemed bored and not helpful at all, they just gave me blank looks when I asked about the items. Considering how much they charge for stuff, I was expecting a lot more energy and help. If you hate working here, just find another job already.

    I bought some cool shoes

    I ordered these shoes online and they came right on time. I even paid extra for faster shipping and it was totally worth it. I saw these shoes in a local store, but they were way pricier there. I checked eBay, but they didn't have my size. Thankfully, I stumbled upon this website and they had exactly what I was looking for. I placed my order on a bank holiday weekend and they still arrived quickly. These shoes are great for hillwalking, just like my trusty old pair of Merrells that lasted forever.

    After years of trying out different magnesium supplements, I finally found the best one out there. Magenhance from this company is a total game-changer. Not only did they deliver my orders super quick, but their follow-up to make sure I was happy was top-notch. Ever since I started taking this product, my terrible migraines are gone, my restless leg syndrome has disappeared, and my sleep has gotten so much better. I've also noticed that I can concentrate for longer periods of time, which is a major plus. I take one capsule in the morning and two at night and haven't had any issues with my stomach.     Same, ordered heels for a wedding. Heels we’re 3wks late getting here. They did not arrive in a shoe box. A plastic bag and shoes were shoved into each other permanently smashing the bows and ... the shoe.
    They looked sooo cheap compared to the photo. Felt cheap. & we’re too big a womens size 9 was is a 38 or 39 in European sizing
    These were a 42!!!! Once I saw the return policy…..THEY WENT STRAIGHT TO GOODWILL!! I wouldn’t give them to my worst enemy! DO NOT ORDER!

    I read the reviews and decided to use this company to rent a larger vehicle. I needed to transport a facility dog for the children’s hospital I work for in South Florida. Our new team member was in training in Georgia, and I thought a small SUV would be more comfortable for her on the 8-hour trip to her new home.


    When I arrived at the airport to pick up my rental I was asked where I was going and when I said Georgia, I was told that I could not take the car out of state. OK, no problem. Please refund my money as you have to pre-pay, and I will use another rental agency.



    Problem #1 – The contracted company at the airport has no means to give a refund and gave me 2 phone numbers to call



    Problem #2 – Nobody that answers the phone can do anything to help. I was even told “this is a loss for you”. They were rude and argumentative. Perhaps they have done this to other people so they have experience.



    So, I was charged the moment I booked, did not receive the vehicle and then a refund was refused. Sound like a customer serviced focused company to you??



    I finally got someone to respond to an email and was asked for additional information. That was 2 days ago and no response.



    I recommend that you use a reputable company when you need to rent a car or risk getting taken for a ride!!

    I've attended a few of the different events CitySwoon offers and they are fantastic!

    I was surprised to see the other reviews here because my friends (who I recommended the platform to) and I have always been matched up on plenty of dates and haven't experienced any issues.

    I definitely think it's worth having a go :) but if you have ... internet, then maybe stick to the in-person events (I think that may be the problem for these other reviewers)

    FAKE Fendi Havana sunglasses

    I bought two pairs of Fendi sunnies in December. I used the first one in winter and the second one in summer. The second one’s frame melted under the sun!!!! It has been less than a year I have it and I only used it twice in summer.
    I contacted a representative of Fendi store and she also confirmed that the sunglasses were FAKE ans that is why the frame melted. Another reason why this is fake is that Trendsaavy didn’t replace it . Fendi representative told me SINCE IT IS LESS THAN A YEAR that I own the sunglasses Trendsaavy had to replace them if they refuse to repair it or to replace it is because it is a REPLICA and that is why Trendsaavy offeres me a credit of $50.

    It’s extremely unfortunate that people would write a review like yours. Firstly, you can find the Fendi Authorized Reseller official list online which does include Trend Savvy. They are a reseller of 100% authentic merchandise. Also, there is legitimately no company that would refund you an item months later.. When making a purchase, there are always time limits for returns, refunds, etc. Even with a financial instituition if you wish to open a claim; you have 100-days. This is a non-reliable review and completely incorrect.

    Yes I would like a refund for my pajamas too. The sizing is all wrong and the fabric is awful. They have offered to send new pajamas but that is not the issue. The issue is they are made incorrectly and the fabric is horrid. I got an address in China to send the back to and then they would refund me. yeah right? I am not paying to ship to no where China and never see a refund. I had to order from another retailer and they most likely won't be here in time for this Christmas.     I HATE THEM. Ordered Christmas pjs. A label was created on the 12th of December. As Christmas neared I told them I didn't want them because they wouldn't be here on time. Low and behold, they shipped them on 12/30. The pajamas say "Merry Christmas". I want my money back. I hope their company burns down. The phone number doesn't work. It wasn't cheap and it was supposed to be a special memory. I hope that all involved get fleas. Really the worst company ever.

    DO NOT PURCHASE! I highly recommend waiting until this company can get their act together. Nice concept, but it seems they put all their effort into advertising and sending cute emails. It took almost a month for delivery. The food seemed good, and my dog liked it, (but honestly, he never found a food he didn't like). I signed up for subscription and made it very clear that reliable delivery was a major requirement since I didn't want to have to substitute another food. I was assured that the delay issues would be delayed. Food ordered 6/1 and email assured me food would be shipped week of 6/14. No further contact from company. Delivery promised but was not shipped, ????and 2 emails went unanswered. The concept sounds good, but customer service is non-existent and the business model is lacking. WHY TRY TO SIGN UP MORE CLIENTS WHEN YOU CAN'T DELIVER TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS???!!! ☹️????. I tried to read some of the cute emails to my dog at dinner time, but he wasn't amused (and neither was I).     Today I went to my bank and did a charge back .I should havecheek the reviews better than I did to see that they have a 2.3 star rating.

    The food is good but very expensive. I would be willing to pay the price to a stellar company but this company is HORRIBLY RUN and customer service is virtually non existent. They do not know how to run a business and their business practices border on FRAUDULENT! I have ordered from them several times and each time the shipping got longer. My last order was 2 months ago and I still have not received it. They will charge your credit card immediately when you place your order NOT when your order is shipped! They also store your credit card information without your permission as I found out when they kept billing the credit card I used for the first order even though I used a different credit card for subsequent orders. Here I am 2 months after my last order with NO FOOD, NO REFUND (that I asked for several times), and NO RESPONSE from the company. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. I will NEVER place an order with this INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, and UNETHICAL company again!!!

    I have been having shipping issues as well since I started. First they calculated how much I needed for subscription incorrectly and I kept running out. Than they switched me to a larger size, shipping 6 weeks instead of 4 and the shipment was supposed be be shipped Wednesday and delivered Sunday (even though its 1-2 day shipping) and it hasnt even arrived at the post office yet. SO my dig is once again without food and they are not responding to emails. I used nom nom now for years and they were great but my dog stopped eating it. He seemed to like Sundays but doesn't matter if they cant get their act together to ship it!

    The only truth in this thread is from Joe, Ashley and Sue. Bellelily is borderline fraud with their "business" practices. Not worth the deceptively low prices. Further complaint to China gov't for subsidizing shipping for companies like this to get products out...while we can't get the crap back to them without paying triple the item value or more.

    This company is 100% scam (my opinion). Ordered shirts and didn't fit properly and now they are claiming I didn't measure right and I got what was asked for. Too, top that the shirts were (are) very poor quality. So true, you get what you pay for. I want to return them but they are dragging out responses so 7 days will pass. I will end up with this crap and out money. Never again.

    Bellelily's clothes and shoes are cute and priced reasonably. I had an issue with the way I measured prior to purchasing a product. Customer Service was great helping me to exchange the product. I will definitely purchase from Bellelily again.

    Customer service is horrible. You can not get a refund on product you never received, only a replacement or credit. The fruit expires quickly, overpriced. Owners like to toss around “humans are packing” as an excuse for mistakes, like that somehow makes it ok that you pay almost $300 for a few pieces of fruit that rot before you can consume them, or that your item never arrives even though it shows delivered.     Follow up to my previous negative review. Customer service did end up reaching out to me via email and explained that they were having issues with mold by the supplier at the time of my purchase. They ended up replacing the whole skin care kit and not just the couple products I had issues with, which was very good customer service! This now allowed me to share some products with my mom to try and we both are actually enjoying it and will purchase from this company again. Now that I can actually consistently use the products, My freckles have seemed to lighten up some and both my mom and my skin is starting to look more rejuvenated, healthier, and renewed.

    It’s easy to talk about a product. It’s either good or bad. I’m impressed by this company and I haven’t even received my Levo yet. I was curious the status of my delivery date and I was having issues with the Shop app vs. the information I needed so I looked into how to contact customer service and it was email only. My experience with email only customer service hasn’t been great so my hopes weren’t high. I heard back in 24 hours, my Levo was put into shipping before I got the email and I was sent a link to track it directly. Again, it’s one thing to talk about a product from a company and another to praise the inner workings and people of that company. I’ve never had better customer service so quickly. Definitely will recommend and be back.

    Read the fine print brought this insurance when we brought our first home because we had it prior for renters insurance. Recently a storm caused a tree to fall on our house and when I called them they said they would only give $500 to remove the tree. I will be changing insurance companies at the end of the term. This was an act of God nothing we did to the house. It has now been five days and we still have yet to have a claims adjuster come and look at the damage to our property. Your claim is handled with a bot. And email is the main way communication is made even when you call they tell you they will call you back. Very Scary and frustrating especially when you don’t know what the outcome will be

    I am also an insurance agent. A good company will pay the cost to remove the tree from the house without a dollar limit (subject to the deductible). The tree removal limit comes into play if the tree does not land on a covered structure - house, detached structures, driveway, fence, pool, etc.

    I like you David. Someone who knows what they’re talking about. Lemonade sucks.

    The quote and policy process was very quick. However, when I wanted to switch from escrow to direct payment, it was frustrating. I wrote an email that took a week to respond to. the real frustration is there is NO PHONE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Even CHAT service did not respond. So, I am dealing with virtual people who I do not know if they exist.
    I am on the border line with my experience with this "Virtual" company. They sure need to improve on their customer service and have a way to contact them by PHONE!
    End of the day POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE with result in LOSS of CUSTOMERS.

    I canceled my policy, but they canceled my ex-husband's policy instead. I helped him get set up, but we had a heck of a time separating our policies on the app. I don't know how I could have been clearer - i requested the cancellation using my address and they cancelled his policy, which is a different address. It has been a week and I still haven't gotten this straightened out. Lemonade is not ready yet for homeowners insurance. It takes days to hear back from anyone and then the question is a request for the policy number. Then it's another few days before I hear back. The customer service issue is horrible. There should be a number easily available so you don't have to wait forever to get a stupid question from a bot. I can't imagine what filing a claim would be like if they can't keep two addresses separate. They can't continue to organize policies by a phone number. It took forever and a phone call to get them to unlink my ex from my app. I'm so mad at this company. Once they figure out what to do, we are canceling his policy, but until then, I need to get my money back to put in my escrow account or my mortgage payments will go up. They aren't even the least expensive. I found better coverage for same price.

    This insurance is a joke. Storm damage caused water in the basement, developed mold everywhere. Wouldn't even cover my storage to get my items out because I have to move ASAP due to the mold. I also paid for additional mold coverage. They took 3 weeks to even make a decision all while my belongings are destroyed! Thanks Lemonade for wasting my time and money!!!!!

    They’re terrible. I paid a premium for everything. Texas ice storm....I fell and tore my knee bc my neighbors (duplex) pipes burst and flooded my garage. Went out and busted my knee, and ohhhhh...sooo sorry, personal injury doesn’t cover you, only people that are on your property. Well, it’s not my property sooooooo. Over it. They suck, and I’ll make sure that everyone I know, knows they suck. Thanks for nothing Chinese Lemonade.

    One Pullover of wool blend fabric I liked very much but this is for man I purchased for both.I don't think this should be sellers problem.     This is a no star company! I was scammed by Shaw Academy. They make it so you have to sign up with a credit card and keep bombarding you with pop ups do free this and that, but once I click to agree the free month trial is automatically over and they charged me 69.99, when I asked for an refund an couple days later (I didn’t realize that I was charged to begin with) they basically told me no. I’m still trying to get my money back. As a side note, I did watch the first free lesson and wasn’t impressed, there are so many other free companies out there that are better that I have tried that don’t require a credit card

    The exact same thing happened to me. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!

    Oh my God, how I spent last five six months ,, can't explain ,how boring time was.Not only boring also scary .One item which was purchased for kids from this SMS store ,only way to kill time within the boundary.

The doll I received, bore more of a resemblance to a baby Chernobyl doll, with brown hair and brown eyes. There was very little resemblance to the doll that is pictured on your website. In researching feedback from other buyers (sadly, after the fact) I have concluded that there is little hope of a full refund. (yet another breach of your promise) Therefore I will be posting my experience along with comparable photos of the doll advertised, and the one that is sent. I will let the court of public opinion decide. While it is important for your company to start honoring the promises it makes to its customers, it is equally important that customers know not to buy from you until such a time as you begin to operate honestly.

    2 bathing suits

    I have ordered once before this. However, in their defense it was under an offer for a selected bathing suit a while back when they first were getting popular. I received a completely different suit in a different size and color. I chalked it up to new shipping and it was free, so no matter to me. However this is my second time on their site. No updates on shipping or any delay reports, almost as if I never bought them. Did I just waste money then? Probably. It’s been almost a month. LOL this site made me give stars for something I haven’t even received.

    The same thing happened to me. I ordered on April 27th, got an email saying they shipped. But ever since that it still says my orders are on a plain coming to the United States. I ordered from them last summer and I got my order within a reasonable time. I don’t know if it’s just COVID-19 that’s causing this or if I got scammed ????

    Today was the first day we began HIPP but so far my little one seems to like it. I will comment more on how he does with it after a few weeks. However, I wanted to say that formuland was so quick to get us our order. I placed it on Monday after 10pm, and they had it packaged and shipped before the end of the night!
