Exotic fruit box purchase
I ordered a box of exotic fruits from this company, really looking forward to getting a bunch of cool fruits. It's been a whole month now since I placed the order, and I still haven't gotten any fruits or my money back. I've tried reaching out to customer service bunch of times, but I haven't heard anything back or gotten any kind of fix for the problem. The fact that they're not communicating with me and not coming through on what they promised has really let me down.

Very scammy company. Ordered $200 fruit box (incl shipping) a week ago, and its still not even shipped. Nor they can confirm the shipping date. Also, won't respond since I asked to cancel my order. Stay away!
Papayas
Small papayas were well-packed and arrived in excellent shape. Unfortunately, despite pleasing appearances, the majority of individual fruits failed to ripen properly and proved either inedible or barely edible - dry, hard and lacking in favor. The remaining few fruits were not bad. Overall disappointing and clearly not worth the ticket. We could easily have done as well at our local market and for much less cost. Our complaint yielded a small discount coupon on future purchases. We certainly won't be ordering from here again.
purchased mangos
I get it sometimes; we can purchase something which might not be right. But when the company corrects the mistake and makes it right, you have to say thank you. That's what I want to say to the Tropical Fruit Company, thank you. They sent me another order that turned out to be perfect. Again, it's not the mistakes, and errors, because they will happen, but how do we resolve them? Tropical Fruit has superb customer service.
Pomegranates
I purchased a box of red pomegranates as show in the box in the photos. What arrived was a box of yellowed pomegranates with yellow, slimy seeds and mold around the edges. All of them were like this and the box smelled like rotten fruit. I sent two e-mails that went unanswered then several days later was able to connect with them via "chat" It was escalated to the supervisor who sent this message:
Hi! We did send over the photos of the pomegranates to our supervisors as they do not look like they are damaged as the yellow is normal for this variety! The seeds should be the only part eaten from this fruit!
Really? Even if the yellow coloring for the outside is normal the inside should have juicy, robust seeds. They have since changed the description to "White Pomegranates" on the website but red or white they should be edible!Box of exotic fruit
I have repeatedly tried to reach out to them, their customer service is horrible. Fruit arrived rotten. Sent pictures and am still trying to get them to refund my money. The chat feature is misleading, they say they respond within minutes but do not. Repeated emails go unanswered. All the fruit was rotten, moldy and stale. How does that happen? Unless it was not shipped properly. This was a gift for family and it was embarrassing for me. My past experiences with them have been subpar. Their customer service is really bad. When my fruit box was delayed in past orders, I had to actively reach out to find out what the problem was.
Wellness fruit box, tropical fruit box
Customer service is horrible. You can not get a refund on product you never received, only a replacement or credit. The fruit expires quickly, overpriced. Owners like to toss around “humans are packing” as an excuse for mistakes, like that somehow makes it ok that you pay almost $300 for a few pieces of fruit that rot before you can consume them, or that your item never arrives even though it shows delivered. Do not waste your money with this company. Would leave 1 stars on all of this, but it won’t allow that.

1 jackfruit, 2 boxes mangoes, 1 pineapple! The pineapple was delicious! The jackfruit was horrible! All the mangoes were not ripe and they were hard! I don't mind paying a lot for Good Fruit but this is not good quality fruit! This was my first time ordering from this company and my last unless they give me a refund for the bad fruit!
