Ordered an item that was never delivered. IBSPOT does not provide tracking numbers and they will not pick up their phone. I emailed them and told them to cancel the order and refund my money. They refuse to do so. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Bracelets, necklaces, earrings
Ordered some bracelets, a neckless and earrings. Only one bracelet was as expected. The rest of the brace were smaller than they were supposed to be, good for little girls wrists and I am a small person. The necklace I got broke in 2 weeks in two different spots. The chain and the attachment to the crystal. The moonstone bracelet I ordered wasn’t even looking good. The elastic was very bright red color and didn’t even go with the color of the stone. One of the crystal earring I got had a defect, the metal attachment was inserted in the wrong spot so it hangs crooked. The owner is not very helpful to work with, it’s your responsibility to pay for shipping for defective items and for those that don’t match the description like measurements because she denies these things. I don’t recommend this shop.

Different items at different times
I hate writing negative reviews but I have only ordered from them ONCE without issues. One time my order just didn’t ship and when I reached out, it magically shipped that day.. Next order, they also did not ship. I reached out and did not respond. I texted them over a period of days multiple times but never got a response until I commented on their Instagram asking them to please respond.. they said they put my order aside for me and would ship it out next day and told me they only have a few employees so this tends to happen. (With over 90 k followers on Instagram & many customers having similar issues, it may be time to hire more people to help!) The next day came and I received a text from them saying they canceled my order as I requested.. I responded saying that I was told it would ship out next day & asked for an explanation.. they did NOT respond. If you want to get ahold of them, try commenting on their Instagram (they will for sure delete your comment but will also magically get back to you even though your issue may not be fixed ever) The next order I received no problem, thankfully! However, my most recent order was mark “shipped” but didn’t start tracking until a week later and when I got the package the item was wrong. So disappointing because they have the cutest stuff but it’s starting to be not worth it. :( (I wanted to give them 1 star for service & delivery but the lowest stars that would show up is two.)
So I waited a month and 1/2 for mine and got one item not two. I’m beyond mad

Pajamas
I bought some fun Christmas pajamas for my wife and we were both very pleased with the order - reasonable quality for the low price, good delivery. However, they started barraging me with 2 emails a day and I've asked 3 times over 3 weeks for them to stop the emails. They keep saying it will take 3 days but they don't do it. I'm concerned that if their customer service is this unresponsive what would happen if we had an order problem or a payment problem? They are online and new and I don't know if they are trustworthy so we'll look somewhere else

I ordered several items about 3 to 4 weeks ago and still have not received my order. I’m very disappointed but I wanted to share that the customer service DID respond to me rather quickly when I inquired about my order. I also received a shipping email with tracking And a follow up email asking if I’d received my order. They instructed my to send an email to them if I don’t receive my order so maybe customs is the issue fir them. I hope I receive my order though. Or I’m requesting a refund or will handle this through my credit card company as fraud or whatever.

No Brittany Winston it isn't normal to have to show a picture of your ID to buy clothing online. I ordered only one dress thank goodness that is made of crap cloth. Sewn poorly and looks nothing like the advertisement. Everyone needs to know that this company is a rip off.

Its fun learning theirr process for returning anything as each step of the way is to...contact them. 6 weeks to receive my order and now im hooked for the action packed ending for my 8 week exchange request. Some people are being asked to accept 5 dollars back and i didn't even get them to make that offer. I often come on reviews and social media sites to say, hello? Its me and ill wait for you forever..

Yep. Same here. I ordered my mom flowers mothers day morning. She still hasn't received them. I have not even gotten a receipt in my email or anything. Have been trying to get a hold of them and can't seem to get through to anyone. I am so mad beyond belief to have spent so much money on these so called flowers and my mother not even receive them. I made an order nearly a month ago and when I finally got a tracking number it pulled up nothing. On the website it showed the tracking number but that my order was processing and not shipped. I contacted alivape and it took several tries to get a reaponse. They claimed it was being help at the post office due to covid and pact act. Then I check the number again after a few more days. The shipping label wasn’t even created until today. Expect a long ship time if they ever ship it. Plus they will lie and says it’s been shipped when it hasn’t.

Customer service very terrible if you need to cancel/ modify your order. I have been trying to modify my order for about two weeks now and no one seems to help. I have had two requests for my order number which I provided and it ends there!! Money not yet refunded and I haven't received anything yet. I have sent countless emails and I plan to report this.

Joandgrey are very easy to order from but there shipping takes for ever! Only maybe 2 of my packages have ever been shipped out on time and when i asked about them i got attitude. The shirts that i have ordered from them that were suppose to fit true to size didnt. My mom wears 2xl/3xl and i had to give a couple shirts to her because the were way to big ( they were suppose to be large) but i cant afford to send everything back to them and eat the shipping! Also if they make a mistake they dont make it right. Ive spent so much money through this company and ive finally had it. I will never order through them again!

Read the fine print brought this insurance when we brought our first home because we had it prior for renters insurance. Recently a storm caused a tree to fall on our house and when I called them they said they would only give $500 to remove the tree. I will be changing insurance companies at the end of the term. This was an act of God nothing we did to the house. It has now been five days and we still have yet to have a claims adjuster come and look at the damage to our property. Your claim is handled with a bot. And email is the main way communication is made even when you call they tell you they will call you back. Very Scary and frustrating especially when you don’t know what the outcome will be
I am also an insurance agent. A good company will pay the cost to remove the tree from the house without a dollar limit (subject to the deductible). The tree removal limit comes into play if the tree does not land on a covered structure - house, detached structures, driveway, fence, pool, etc.

Spartan armory systems vest
I made a purchase then immediately changed my mind. I emailed their customer support and asked to cancel the order before it’s fulfilled. They didn’t respond until 5 days later and then they said they can cancel it before it leaves the manufacturer. The next day i was notified it shipped and then they told me now I will be charged a fee for canceling. I asked them to cancel it immediately but they took their time. Now it’s been 3 weeks and I sent it back but still haven’t received a full refund. They refunded half of it to sezzle and then expect me to pay for the other half. Worst part was the vest wasn’t even spartan armory systems. It was a piece SH** condor vest. My old vest was an airsoft vest and the quality felt 10x better. If you decide to purchase from them take your time and don’t rush it cause if you regret it, they’ll screw you over.
