Seasonal items
I really wanted to love this company and its seasonal items but unfortunately, my experience was a total letdown. I tried to support a small business but ended up feeling scammed and upset. Their customer service was basically non-existent, I only got automated emails after placing my order. When I tried to get updates on my order, they were silent until I vented on social media. They told me my items were delayed in customs even though they promised delivery by Christmas if ordered by a certain date. It was so frustrating dealing with their inconsistent responses and poor communication.
Overpriced medium skirts, poor customer service
I recently went all out and bought a bunch of really cute medium skirts from this store, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. The clothes are super adorable, but the prices are way too high. And on top of that, one of the skirts I got was huge - definitely not the medium size I had ordered. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times via email and Instagram, but no one even bothered to get back to me. So now I'm stuck with this expensive skirt that I can't even wear.
Holiday collection
I bought some stuff from their holiday collection and I wasn't happy with how the sweater fit and the hat was just really basic. I attempted to return the sweater, but their return policy is awful. I had two orders, one had already arrived, but I no longer wanted it, yet they wouldn't allow the return. The other order hadn't been made yet, and I sent two emails to cancel it, but they never responded. Eventually, I received a partial refund, but come on, it's almost Christmas - just give me all my money back! I'm super frustrated that I ever made a purchase from this place. They don't even reply to emails - it's so frustrating!
Defective item exchange
My experience with this company was a letdown, to be honest. I bought something that ended up being broken, so I reached out to customer service to try to exchange it. They were not very helpful and took forever to respond. Not only did they make me pay extra to exchange the broken item, but it took ages for them to actually send me a new one. Dealing with a company that doesn't seem to care about its customers or how long they have to wait is super frustrating. I wouldn't suggest shopping here if you want good customer service.
Overpriced clothing
The clothes I bought were way too expensive for what I got. The fabric felt cheap and the stitching was all messy. I was super bummed about it and I'm definitely not coming back to shop here.
Bad quality sweater with letter phrases
I bought this sweater on November 3rd and it only arrived on November 29th. The quality was awful, and I was really let down. And get this, they won't let me return it because of the letter phrases. Can you believe that? I emailed customer service, but they took a whole week to respond. And when I tried calling, the number was no good. Such a disappointment.
Crop top sweatshirt
Hey there! Just a heads up, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this site if you want easy returns or exchanges. The shipping is super slow, the sizes are way out of whack, and what you see online isn't what you actually get. I bought a sweatshirt that looked normal on the model, but when I tried it on, it was more like a crop top! I'm not even that tall, but the sizing was way off. The website said it was 27 inches long, but in reality, it was only 20 inches. Feels like they sent me kids' clothes instead of adult sizes. Save yourself some time and money - there are much better places to shop!
Christmas gifts
I ordered a couple Christmas gifts, got promised they'd arrive by Christmas, but they didn't show up until after New Year's! And on top of that, one of the things I ordered was missing. So, I called customer service twice, and they told me they'd send it out ASAP. Finally got it, along with a free snowflake beanie hat as an apology. But then, I was bummed when my girl mom sweater started falling apart after only two wears - turns out the patches were just glued on! I think I'm gonna have to pass on purchasing anything from them again.
Size discrepancy in mystery box
I recently bought this mystery box from this company in a size small, thinking it would be a good fit since I usually wear a size small. But man, when I got the stuff, it was like wearing my hubby's clothes - and he's a big guy at 160 pounds and wears a men's large! The sizing was all messed up and let me down big time. To make things worse, I got stuck with a medium item instead of a small one, which just added to my frustration. These mystery boxes have stuff from past seasons that you can't find on their website, so it's a pain to exchange for things that actually fit. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of stuff I can't even wear because the sizes are way off.
Jacket for tiger football games
Even though I saw some bad reviews, I decided to go for it and order a jacket for the next tiger football games. And man, was I pleasantly surprised! The jacket turned out even better than I expected, and I'm totally in love with it! The quality is top-notch, and I'm super excited to wear it to the games.
My order was late
I waited and waited for my order, but it never showed up. Didn't get any updates, emails, nothing. So frustrating!
Christmas sweatshirt (Be Merry and Bright)
I just got a Christmas sweatshirt from this company and let me tell you, I'm really happy with it. The quality is great, you can tell it's gonna last me a long time. It's cool to know that they make each one to order, it definitely shows in the craftsmanship. If you're thinking about getting something for a holiday, just make sure to order at least a month or six weeks ahead to make sure you get it on time.
Pink floral dress
So I bought this cute pink floral dress from this store, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The owner, Stephanie, totally dropped the ball. She told me my order had already been sent out, but it clearly hadn't. When I asked about the delay, she was shady and not upfront at all. I even asked for a tracking number so I could keep an eye on my order, but she never gave it to me. It's been weeks now and my dress still hasn't shipped. Dealing with Stephanie has been a total nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this store because the customer service is seriously lacking.
Dress
I just bought a dress from this company, and let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare. It took forever to get shipped, and the lack of communication from their end drove me crazy. I tried contacting them multiple times about my order but got no response at all. It was really unprofessional and I was so disappointed. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
Damaged product
I bought something from this store not too long ago, but it showed up all messed up. I tried getting in touch with their customer service bunch a bunch of times, but no one even bothered to reply. And don't even get me started on trying to hit them up on social media - those replies were a whole lot of nothing. Long story short, I got stuck with a busted product and no clue on how to fix it. I'd recommend staying far away from this store.
Preordered item disappointment
My experience with buying something that was preordered was honestly really let me down. It took so long to come in, and when it finally did, the item looked nothing like what I was expecting from the picture on the website. The sweater I got was totally different, and I was really bummed out about it. I sent it back right away and definitely won't be buying anything else from that company.
Judith March pullovers
I just bought three pullovers from this company and I seriously adore them! They're really cute and have a lot of personality, awesome for jazzing up any outfit. I suggest going a size smaller with these pullovers since they run a tad big. The only issue I've noticed is that after throwing them in the wash, some of the lettering started to come off a bit. But no worries, a little fabric glue can easily fix that.
Overpriced tops
The tops I bought were super cute, no doubt about it. But the price was sky-high, so I wasn't sure about going for it. Still, I took a leap and splurged on them. But when I got one that was messed up, man, I was so annoyed. Trying to send it back was a total nightmare. The customer service was no help at all, and they just brushed off my complaints. It was really disappointing to see a company making it so hard for customers to return a defective item.
Poor quality items, late delivery
I just bought something from this company and man, I was so let down. The stuff was garbage quality and took forever to get to me. And when it finally did show up, the sweater had this half-attached "patch" that was a total buzzkill. It's like they were just trying to get rid of their junk by selling it cheap. On top of all that, the delivery was super late, making me miss out on some big stuff like my friend's birthday and a cruise I wanted to wear the stuff on.
