I got these new shoes not too long ago, but man, they did not live up to what I was hoping for. I've been a loyal customer for years and usually, everything I buy from them is great, but this time was a letdown. After just a few months of wearing them, I started noticing some serious flaws in both the material and how they were put together. The leather even ripped, which is crazy considering how much I paid for them. I tried to talk to customer service about it, but they weren't much help because I didn't buy the shoes straight from their website. It's frustrating that they didn't want to own up to the poor quality of their product. I expected more from this brand.

Preordered item disappointment
My experience with buying something that was preordered was honestly really let me down. It took so long to come in, and when it finally did, the item looked nothing like what I was expecting from the picture on the website. The sweater I got was totally different, and I was really bummed out about it. I sent it back right away and definitely won't be buying anything else from that company.

The way this product looks and the design of the bottle are really fancy and appealing. But when I took a sip without adding anything else, the taste was pretty strong, almost like real booze - had a little kick to it. I'm interested in trying it in a mixed drink to see how that changes things. Just so you know, this stuff isn't actual alcohol, so there's no buzz when you drink it, which might bum some folks out. All in all, as a non-alcoholic cocktail option, it's a good choice, but I'd give it a 4 because of my own taste preferences.
