A Review of Belvilla's Vacation Rentals
I recently had the pleasure of booking a vacation rental through Belvilla and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I landed on their website, I was impressed with the wide range of properties available and the level of detail provided for each one. I was able to easily filter my search based on my desired location, number of guests, and budget, and within a matter of minutes I had found the perfect rental for my group.
The booking process was simple and straightforward, and I appreciated the clear and transparent pricing system, which included all taxes and fees upfront. Communication with the property manager was seamless and I felt like I was in good hands.
When we arrived at the rental, we were blown away by its beauty and the attention to detail in its design and furnishings. It was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I just stayed at this amazing place recently. It was super modern, really clean, and had everything I needed to have a comfy stay. The location was spot-on, the beds were cozy, and the heated floors were a nice bonus. The bathroom was clean and modern too, which just added to the whole great experience. Checking in and out was a breeze, which was awesome. I'd totally suggest this spot to anyone looking for a cool place to crash for a quick trip.
Cancellation and rebooking process
So, the place we really wanted to book for our vacation ended up not being available. It was a pain, but we had to get our deposit refunded and find somewhere else to stay. Luckily, the Belvilla agent we talked to was really helpful and helped us figure everything out. It did take a couple of weeks to get our money back, but we found another place to stay pretty fast. All in all, it wasn't too bad of an experience.
My stay options
The variety of places to stay was pretty good and fun to look through. But, it would've been nice if they had a layout showing all the options so you could pick without having to spend a ton of time searching through pictures. The website was really slow and kind of annoying. Plus, the map feature was a pain because it kept zooming out when I was trying to get a closer view, showing only half of Europe.
Booking process smooth
I had a really easy time booking, no issues or confusing questions. It all went smoothly from beginning to end. One thing I think could be better is letting customers give a second email for sending documents. I tried using a different email than my login but all the documents still went to the email on my account.
Booking issue with 'My bookings'
I booked something, but it didn't show up in 'My bookings' even though I have an account! I had to use Chat to get it sorted, but still couldn't see it.
Unique and cozy stay
The place I stayed at was awesome! It had this cool blend of being an old bunker and a fancy house. The bunker part kind of had a museum feel, which was really fun to check out. The beds were old-fashioned but surprisingly comfortable. The upstairs area was super modern and had all the amenities you could possibly want.
Map navigation on website
I had a tough time with the map navigation on that website. It was super slow to load and kept going back to the full map, so it was a pain to find the exact accommodations I wanted. But once I finally got to where I wanted to be, it was smooth sailing from there.
