Christmas sweater
I tried to order this awesome Christmas sweater for my bestie, right? I ordered it early, thinking I was being super organized. But nope, it was a mess! It took forever to even ship, like come on, get it together! And when I finally contacted them, they said "oops, it's still here" like, what?! So I had to ask for a refund, who knows if they could even get it right. Do they even know how to ship things properly?! I'm so frustrated, it's Christmas, my friend needs that sweater!

Lingerie set
I had a big problem with their website when I was trying to order something. I shot an email over to customer service right away and they told me to give it 24 hours, so I did. Finally got my order placed and when it came, it was all messed up. When I called to try to fix it, the person on the phone was so rude and talked down to me. Wouldn't even let me talk to a manager and just said they'd pass my info along, but I never got a call back. All in all, dealing with Freshpair has been a letdown and super frustrating.

Overpriced mess
The whole ordering process was a complete disaster. The wrong customs documents that the company sent caused my order to be sent back by the shipping company. Ever since then, I've been trying to sort things out, but it's been a total nightmare. The customer service is basically nonexistent, with emails being ignored and phone calls needing way too much chasing up. Even though I was promised a solution, I still haven't gotten a refund or my order. It's really unbelievable that a company would treat its customers like this. I strongly advise staying away from this company at all costs.

I reported some issues, like the color picker not working on second screens, and you know what? They still haven't fixed them! My whole experience with this software has been a disaster. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from it.

After calling customer service, they told me to call a specific courier to pick up the items from my house. The courier needed a label to pick up the items, though. I contacted customer service again, and they said my email had to be sent to another department for help. The whole process felt like way too much trouble for just a simple return.
