    Never got my order

    I placed my order back in early August thinking it would come on time, but man was I way off. I waited and waited, but when I checked on it after weeks of patience, all I got were excuses about being busy and production delays. After a bunch of times following up and being told my order would ship soon, I got fed up and asked for my money back. It was a hassle, but I did eventually get my refund. The whole thing felt like a total scam, with all the fake promises and sketchy stuff going on social media. I'd say steer clear of this company at all costs.

    I had a great experience with this family-owned business based in Bali. I saw some negative reviews online, but I decided to give them another shot since my first order in 2020 went smoothly. Their team sent me an email letting me know about the possible wait time for my order, but since I didn't urgently need it, I was okay with waiting. I was pleasantly surprised when my gorgeous dress arrived in less than two weeks all the way from Bali to the southeastern US. The quality and design of the clothing make me feel confident as a woman. If you want quick delivery, this might not be the best choice, but if you're looking for beautifully made pieces that are ethically crafted, I definitely recommend trying out Myrah Penaloza.

    Bikini purchase gone wrong

    I messed up big time by getting a bikini from this sketchy company that says it's in Canada but ships from Bali. Got hit with surprise customs fees, the package was a mess when it finally came, and to top it off, it never showed up! Waited forever for my order, only to be told it was shipped after a month. To make things worse, the tracking said it was delivered a week before it was even sent out. Tried to talk to customer service, and got no response. Definitely avoiding this company from here on out.

    One size fits all clothes item

    The clothes I ordered online took forever to get here, and when they finally did, they didn't fit right at all. Bummer. Tried to return them, but turns out there's a no returns policy. And even if I did want to get something else, I'd have to pay to ship it back to Canada! So now I'm stuck with an expensive outfit made of meh fabric that I can't even wear. Total waste of money.

    I've been a fan of this company's products for a while now, and I recently ordered three items in early December. I was surprised to find out after placing my order that everything is 'made to order' and could take up to 6 weeks or more to ship. Even though the company's Instagram posts made it seem like items were in stock and on sale, I found out that everything is actually made to order and can take 28 days or more to arrive. I asked for a refund right away, but I haven't heard back from customer service. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication and action, so I've decided to share my experience on social media to warn others about these practices and poor customer service. I'll keep posting until I get my refund because I'm shocked and disappointed by the company's actions. Dealing with these unethical practices is disheartening, but I feel like I have to warn others and shed light on the company's deceptive ways to protect other consumers and hopefully get my money back.

    Online purchase tracking issue

    My experience with this company has been really disappointing. I've had the same problems that other people have mentioned in their reviews. It's worrisome how they don't communicate well, even after I've sent a bunch of emails about my order and gotten very little helpful info back. It's not cool how they just suddenly stop responding, that's not professional at all. It makes me wonder if this is how they treat everyone, not just customers but their own employees too.

    I ordered a bunch of stuff a couple months ago and I still haven't received it. I tried to email them for updates but got ignored. I even had to file a case through PayPal to try and get my stuff. It's been over 2 months now, like seriously, what's going on?

    OMG, seriously, do not buy this product! I was so pumped to order it, but they totally tricked me by not saying it was a pre-order item. Ugh, so frustrating! I had to wait forever for it to arrive, and even then, it got delayed multiple times. The customer service lady was incredibly rude and wouldn't even let me cancel my order. Like, seriously?! Such a rip-off!!

    This company is a scam. I had very similar experiences to the ones described by others here and on other websites. I should have used their cancellation policy as a huge warning on how they do business. I have sent 7+ emails to the company to track progress on my order as they have not communicated anything helpful. Then they stopped responding to messages. If this is how they treat customers, how do they treat their employees? They told me the same thing described here, production issues, my items made it to quality control. It has been over two months. Of course as soon as they are reported to my credit card platform and their payment platform, they are pretending to magically make progress on my order to hold onto my money. They do no live by a single value they preach. I have never had such a terrible experience. I placed my order over two months ago and have nothing to show for it. I do not think they ever intended to try to send anything, but we’re happy accept my money to plan their inauthentic Instagram content. DO NOT GIVE THEN MONEY, unless you are into making donations to other families. It’s pretty wild that they are able to stay on such a reputable payment platform with the way they do business.

    Don't buy from this company they will keep your money and not deliver the goods then ignore your requests for refund.
