Damaged watch bracelet repair
I messed up my watch bracelet at work, believe it or not, within a year of buying the dang thing. So, I decided to hit up customer service, and man, were they coming in clutch. They said they'd fix the bracelet for free, even though it wasn't technically under warranty. I gotta say, I was blown away by how ready they were to help out. It's rare to find a company that goes that extra mile for their customers. Huge thanks for the awesome service.

Whole house water system
I got this whole house water system, and it was pretty awesome at first! My water was super clean and clear. But then, I had to replace the filter, and it had black stuff in it! Gross! My water started looking all cloudy. I contacted customer service, and it took forever for them to respond. When they finally did, they asked for pictures. I sent them but then they just gave me a lame excuse. So frustrating! It's supposed to have a 5-year warranty, but I'm only halfway through and it's already having issues. Not cool at all!

Lucky bag and clearance bag purchase
I just got myself a lucky bag and a clearance bag from this online shop, and man, was I impressed by what I got! The package was all nicely wrapped up and had a bunch of cool stuff inside like nail tools, glitter, gems, and stickers. I was especially digging the cat eye gels. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future. My whole shopping experience with this store was awesome!

Custom sized dress purchase
I just got a custom dress from this store and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. Lisa was super quick to respond and keep me in the loop from start to finish. The dress came earlier than I thought and it fit just right - I couldn't be happier. The material was even better than I thought it would be, and my daughter loved the dress too. I'll definitely be coming back here for my next event!

Shampoo and conditioner
I have to say, the shampoo and conditioner I bought from this company really changed the game for me. My hair feels amazingly soft and healthy after using them, plus it's a bonus that they're eco-friendly and don't have any nasty chemicals in them. The scent is nice but not too strong, and the formula lathers up well to give my hair a good clean without drying it out.
