Cycling gear purchase
I just bought some new cycling gear and I have to tell you, I am super impressed with how awesome it is and how reasonable the prices are. Seriously, the quality is top-notch and the prices are unbeatable. Plus, I got my order from Spain to Ireland in just one day - that's crazy fast! Their customer service is incredible and I can't wait to buy more stuff from them. I highly recommend this company!
Short knicks purchased in December 2023
I was pretty bummed out about my experience with the short knicks I bought from this store back in December 2023. I only used them for riding about 3 times a week, and after just 3 months the stitching ripped, making them useless. When I reached out to customer service to ask for a replacement, they said no and blamed it on how I used them. I was surprised because my last pair from a different brand lasted me 3 years with no problems. All in all, I thought the product quality was low and the customer service wasn't very helpful or understanding.
Bike jerseys
I got these bike jerseys not too long ago, right? And now, one of them is already messed up! The zipper doesn't work like it used to, you know? And when I asked them to fix it, they said no way. That's not cool, man. I was hoping for better quality than this.
Winter biking outfit purchase
I bought this winter biking outfit as a Christmas present, it came with some pants and a top. The person I got it for really likes it and wears it a lot. They've noticed that it doesn't get stinky too fast, even though they wear it every day for their bike rides to work and back. The material and design have been holding up really nicely with all the regular use.
Cycling jersey
I bought a cycling jersey from this company, but it didn't fit right. I tried it on once and saw it was too small. I sent it back in its original condition for a refund or exchange. But I was surprised when they said no and won't send it back to me. They want me to pick it up in Spain, even though I'm in the USA. That's not right, it feels like they're stealing from me. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, go with a more trustworthy brand instead.
Snowboard jacket
I recently ordered a snowboard jacket online and got it really fast, much faster than I expected. Even though I had seen some negative reviews, the jacket arrived in only 4 days. It was just like the description and fits me perfectly. I'll definitely be shopping here again!
Two sizes ordered for fit comparison

I bought something online and paid extra for fast shipping, but it's been more than 20 days now and my package still hasn't shown up. The customer service has been terrible - they keep saying it's the courier's fault, even though they never even got the package. I've asked for a refund, but all they keep telling me is to wait. This is not okay and I definitely don't recommend buying from this company.

I gotta say, the clothes I bought are amazing. They're so lightweight, super technical, and they come in tons of colors and patterns. Lovely ski trousers, medium size
I recently bought these ski pants and they fit me perfectly. They're a little long on me, but that's probably because I'm a bit on the shorter side, hah! Normally, I wear a UK size 12/14 and these pants have plenty of room, so I can easily layer underneath if needed. I haven't had the chance to test them out in the snow yet, but I'm really looking forward to it! The service was excellent, and the delivery was quick coming from Spain. I just got a jacket from this company in size small, but turns out it was too big. So, I asked for a size extra-small instead. They sent me the new jacket super fast, and it fits me just right! The jacket itself is really good quality, and I'm really happy with this purchase.
BIB shorts with ripped seams
I finally got the BIB shorts I ordered, but they took over 2 long months to arrive. When I tried them on, I noticed that the seams were ripped in several places. The quality is really bad. Siroko denies any responsibility and claims they don't guarantee used items.
Oversized jersey purchase
I thought about getting a jersey that was a size up from my usual to steer clear of it being too tight, but then it turned out to be too big. Luckily, sending it back was easy-peasy and I swapped it for the right size that fits just right. The fabric is stretchy and cozy, and the colors and designs are even better than I expected. All in all, I'm super happy with what I got and I'll definitely be buying more down the road.
Defective lenses
I got these glasses from this company, and man, both lenses started peeling off after only two months. Crazy right? So, I called customer service and they replaced one lens the first time. But the second time, they said no dice. That’s when I decided to get in touch with ECC-Net. They told me that the company gotta replace the item or give me a refund for the faulty product.

The clothes were really nice for the price, and I gotta say, I was happy about how fast they came. Customer service was great - they helped me swap my size with no problems at all. The bibs fit just right, but I had to go up a size for the jersey because the pro fit was a little too tight for me.
