Cycling clothes purchase
The products from Siroko are really great quality. I bought some sunglasses from them a few years back and they're still in awesome condition. So I thought I'd try out their cycling clothes, and I have to say, they have not let me down. The materials are strong, comfy, and they perform well when I'm out riding. Plus, they have lots of styles to choose from so it's easy to find something I like. Their customer service is top-notch too. They respond quickly to any questions and make sure you're happy with your purchase. And the delivery is super fast, which I love. I always get my stuff right on time.
Lovely ski trousers, medium size
I recently bought these ski pants and they fit me perfectly. They're a little long on me, but that's probably because I'm a bit on the shorter side, hah! Normally, I wear a UK size 12/14 and these pants have plenty of room, so I can easily layer underneath if needed. I haven't had the chance to test them out in the snow yet, but I'm really looking forward to it! The service was excellent, and the delivery was quick coming from Spain. T-shirts and baselayer purchase
I gotta say, I was a bit hesitant about trying out this company at first. I mean, when you're used to brands like Maap and L passione, the cheaper ones don't always measure up. But, I decided to go for it and ordered a couple of T-shirts and a baselayer. And you know what? I was actually really impressed. The quality for the price is on point, and the fact that they offer free exchanges came in clutch when the baselayer didn't fit right. It's been a minute since I've been this wowed by a company.

Short knicks purchased in December 2023
I was pretty bummed out about my experience with the short knicks I bought from this store back in December 2023. I only used them for riding about 3 times a week, and after just 3 months the stitching ripped, making them useless. When I reached out to customer service to ask for a replacement, they said no and blamed it on how I used them. I was surprised because my last pair from a different brand lasted me 3 years with no problems. All in all, I thought the product quality was low and the customer service wasn't very helpful or understanding.

I thought about getting a jersey that was a size up from my usual to steer clear of it being too tight, but then it turned out to be too big. I bought this winter biking outfit as a Christmas present, it came with some pants and a top. The person I got it for really likes it and wears it a lot. They've noticed that it doesn't get stinky too fast, even though they wear it every day for their bike rides to work and back. The material and design have been holding up really nicely with all the regular use.
Cycling jersey
I bought a cycling jersey from this company, but it didn't fit right. I tried it on once and saw it was too small. I sent it back in its original condition for a refund or exchange. But I was surprised when they said no and won't send it back to me. They want me to pick it up in Spain, even though I'm in the USA. That's not right, it feels like they're stealing from me. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, go with a more trustworthy brand instead.
Snowboard jacket
I recently ordered a snowboard jacket online and got it really fast, much faster than I expected. Even though I had seen some negative reviews, the jacket arrived in only 4 days. It was just like the description and fits me perfectly. I'll definitely be shopping here again!
Delayed order, lost package, poor customer service
I bought something online and paid extra for fast shipping, but it's been more than 20 days now and my package still hasn't shown up. The customer service has been terrible - they keep saying it's the courier's fault, even though they never even got the package. I've asked for a refund, but all they keep telling me is to wait. This is not okay and I definitely don't recommend buying from this company.
