    Excellent as always,I can say as my suggestion that they can manage origin to destination and back all arrangements nicely done by Fly team.
    My conference based on hundred tours and vacations through Fly services.If they are claiming booking rates are best in market,they are right.
    A popular booking company is United States.There should not be any reason of any doubts. After landing problem is hiring a car mostly, this part of responsibility taken by them.A complete solution of trips,tours and vacations.
    Fare people, always there to help round the clock even after journey compled.If big trips or anything is there,this is better to call them,all problem get over.

    I bought a direct flight from NYC to Toronto (1.5 hr flight) on May 28th for a flight on August 20th. Since then until today (August 14th), they have changed my flight 5 TIMES! I accepted all changes and even changed my schedule to accommodate it. Today, they changed my flight again, this time into a flight with a 2 hour layover. Tell me how are they going to change my 1.5 hour flight that I booked 3 months in advanced got changed into a 5 hour flight 1 week before the date? Extremely unacceptable. When I called JustFly, the rep was not helpful, understandably this was beyond her control. She claimed that my flight was changed due to the airline (westjet), but she did not know that I called them and told them my situation. Westjet said that JustFly buys tickets in bulk, meaning changes to my flight are directly controlled by JustFly. When asked for compensation as I paid premium at the time for a direct flight, she said there was nothing she can do. When asked to speak to a superior, she said they were all in a meeting. I asked for a contact email or phone number and she said she cannot give that information out. I don't know for sure, but I suspect JustFly decided to sell my original direct flight ticket for a high price after demands skyrocketed due to opening of the border. Had I known they'd change my ticket like that and how poor their customer service is, I would not buy from them again. I highly do not recommend this company due to the way they handled the situation. Im not even that upset about the 5 hr flight, but it's about the principles - how they treated me and what they've done to my original plans. I would recommend you save your time and take your money directly to the airline to get a peace of mind. I hope no one else experiences this kind of service.

    Our trip to Europe last year was canceled because of Covid. JustFly is giving us the run-a-round to get our refund. They sent us an email asking us to call their customer support number because they need details and you can not reply to the email. There is no support at the customer support number just a recording telling us to use the online portal. If you go to the online portal their is no support there either, just asking you to call the customer support line. It is a complete dodge. There is no way to contact them to get a refund. I will never do business with this company again. I will never do business with anyone who has ever worked for JustFly. I will never do business with JustFly's banker. I will never do business with relatives that work for JustFly

    My wife and I booked 2 tickets to the UK towards the end of 2019, maybe the start of 2020 (To travel March of 2020). With everything going around with the pandemic, we asked for a refund which they denied and gave us credits to use by the end of 2020 (We called their lines for weeks and only got through to a live person once). UK was ground zero for the new strain - and so between strains we never had the chance to travel. We tried to get the credits extended, and even tried going through the Better Business Bureau to no avail - thats 1500 downs the drain. Justfly.com is a joke, they encourage travel during a pandemic.
