I am really impressed with the Pineapple Express and Strawnana products, they are just amazing. The hits are so smooth and packed with flavor, really helping me relax. I totally get why Strawnana is so popular, it is truly something special.
But man, I gotta be honest, I was let down by the shipping. I paid extra for overnight shipping but my order didn't even ship until Wednesday, even though I placed it on Saturday. When I reached out to ask about the delay, I felt like they didn't take me seriously at all. They kinda just brushed me off when I asked for a refund on the shipping fee.
