Flash Sale KXONE SUP purchase
I bought the KXONE SUP during the Flash Sale and decided to take it out for a spin today. As I unpacked it, everything was in place and setting it up was really easy. It would have been helpful to have some instructions, but I managed to figure it out by watching some SUP inflation YouTube videos. I was surprised by how light the board was, making it easy to carry from the parking lot to Bear Lake. It felt strong and stable on the water, although it wasn't as maneuverable as a hard board. However, the convenience of its light weight definitely makes up for that. Overall, I think it's a great value considering the performance it offers!
Christmas order mix-up
I just bought a Christmas gift on this website and got the wrong item. It was annoying to see that not only was the item wrong, but it was also priced differently than what I paid. But when I reached out to customer service to get an exchange, they admitted their mistake and still gave me the discounted price that was originally listed, which was a big discount! Sleeping mat for camping
I bought a camping sleeping mat online from that company not long ago, but it wasn't up to my expectations, so I wanted to return it. The problem was that I had missed the 30-day return window. So, I ended up giving their customer service a call, and to my surprise, they answered in under a minute.

I recently bought a wakeboard package from this store, and I have to say I wasn't happy with how it all went down. I placed my order, but got an email eight days later saying the item was out of stock. Instead of being helpful, they tried to push me towards a different wakeboard that didn't offer as much bang for my buck. I also found out they had both the wakeboard and bindings available separately but wouldn't put them together in a package like I asked. When I buy something, I expect good service and professionalism, but this retailer fell short.
Thule roof top tent
I recently bought a roof top tent from a popular outdoor store. The price was good, and they offered free shipping which made me decide to go for it. Unfortunately, things went downhill fast when my order got stuck in "Handling Order" status for days. I tried calling customer service twice to check on it, but both times I just got the runaround. Turns out the item was going to be directly shipped, but that wasn't clear on the website. After waiting almost a week, my order was suddenly canceled because of a website mistake. It was a major hassle and a waste of my time. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
Climbing harness
Hey there, so I got this climbing harness online and it turned out to be way too small. I requested a return, got the label really quickly and sent it back right away. When I ordered another size, I received an email saying my return got rejected because they claimed it was "used." I mean, how else was I supposed to know if it fits without trying it on for a bit, you know? I tried calling to explain, but no luck. All they did was offer me a discount instead. It's such a disappointment.

defective ski goggles
I'm really upset about the ski goggles I bought from this company. They knew they were sending me a faulty product because the silicone strips on the band rubbed off easily. It was obvious that someone had returned it before, since the box had a return address for Als.com Returns. On top of that, they didn't give me any way to return the defective product or offer to pay for the return shipping. This poor customer service and lack of honesty is not okay with me, so I won't be buying from them anymore.
Overcharged for my purchase
I got charged too much for my purchase so I contacted customer service right away on their website. They got back to me within 20 minutes and said they would fix the overcharge. So far, the service has been great. I'll let you know once the issue is sorted out.
Vacuum cleaner
I just bought a vacuum from Als and I gotta say, I was really impressed. Found exactly what I wanted and the prices were awesome. Customer service was top-notch too. I had a little problem with the price dropping right after I bought it, but I gave them a call and they were quick to refund me the difference. Shipping was super fast too, got my vacuum in just a few days. Overall, had a really good shopping experience at Als.

The customer service team at this place really came through for me!
