Scott cycling jacket purchase
I just bought a Scott cycling jacket from this store and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything went down. They have a great selection of outdoor gear for people who love that kind of stuff. The customer service was excellent - the employees were really friendly and knew their stuff when it came to helping me pick out the right jacket. Even though I don't live nearby anymore, their online store made it super easy for me to order the jacket I wanted. And to top it off, I got the jacket on sale for a really good price and it arrived really quickly. I definitely recommend checking out this store for all your outdoor gear needs.
Flash Sale KXONE SUP purchase
I bought the KXONE SUP during the Flash Sale and decided to take it out for a spin today. As I unpacked it, everything was in place and setting it up was really easy. It would have been helpful to have some instructions, but I managed to figure it out by watching some SUP inflation YouTube videos. I was surprised by how light the board was, making it easy to carry from the parking lot to Bear Lake. It felt strong and stable on the water, although it wasn't as maneuverable as a hard board. However, the convenience of its light weight definitely makes up for that. Overall, I think it's a great value considering the performance it offers!
Christmas order mix-up
I just bought a Christmas gift on this website and got the wrong item. It was annoying to see that not only was the item wrong, but it was also priced differently than what I paid. But when I reached out to customer service to get an exchange, they admitted their mistake and still gave me the discounted price that was originally listed, which was a big discount! The person I spoke to on the phone was great - fast, effective, and fixed my problem in no time. All in all, I'm really pleased with my experience on this website.

the sport wears are good here, I bought the clothes for trekking and the comfort is a different level, I love it alot

I just bought a fishing rod from this store, and I gotta say I was really impressed. Their stuff is top-notch, tons of options to choose from, and the prices are competitive. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was a way better experience than those big stores where it feels like you're on a scavenger hunt just to find someone to talk to.
Overcharged for my purchase
I got charged too much for my purchase so I contacted customer service right away on their website. They got back to me within 20 minutes and said they would fix the overcharge. So far, the service has been great. I'll let you know once the issue is sorted out.
Gun department purchases
The gun department here is top-notch. My wife and I have been really impressed with how well they treat us. Unlike other places we've shopped at, the staff here are super nice and make everyone feel welcome. My wife, who's new to guns, felt really comfortable and taken care of. We were so happy with everything that we wound up buying three big things. If you're looking for guns or shooting stuff, this is definitely the place to check out.
Vacuum cleaner
I just bought a vacuum from Als and I gotta say, I was really impressed. Found exactly what I wanted and the prices were awesome. Customer service was top-notch too. I had a little problem with the price dropping right after I bought it, but I gave them a call and they were quick to refund me the difference. Shipping was super fast too, got my vacuum in just a few days. Overall, had a really good shopping experience at Als.
Item reservation and customer service
The customer service team at this place really came through for me! I was on hold forever trying to get a hold of the bike department, but luckily someone from Internet sales jumped in and saved the day. They didn't have the answer right away, but they were on it and got back to me in no time. In just 5 minutes, my questions were answered and the item I wanted was reserved. That's what I call efficient service!
Bought outdoor gear
Their service is really great! The prices are awesome and the staff is super helpful. When I give them a call, they always come through for me. The shipping department really knows how to pack things up nicely. They have great teamwork! I've ordered a bunch of stuff this year and every time, it's been an awesome experience. If you're in need of outdoor gear, you should definitely give them a look!
Ski boots purchase, good customer service
I just bought some ski boots from this store and they didn't fit right. But when I reached out to customer service, they were super helpful and got me a refund fast. They even gave me a discount code for my next order, which was a nice surprise. Even though the boots didn't work out, I was happy with how they handled it.

I've only had awesome experiences with Als! I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. The shipping was super fast and the product was exactly like they described. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
Vans original black slip on
I was hesitant at first but after reading the good reviews I decided to go ahead a make my purchase and now that I received my shoes I love them, the price was what attracted me to ALS.COM not to mention the very reasonable shipping cost so it was a win win so obviously I had to add my positive review to the list.
JohnkKnee pads and bike helmet
Al's sent the wrong items, then. told me that they would hold my money and items until they receive back the items that they erroneously shipped.
In addition, they advertise products and a big discount and take money for it, then cancel the order. It's a ploy to get people to shop there.

Good price if they have the items you want in stock. Charged me for both items and only shipped the jacket with no response on how much the refund would be. Deeply disappointed.
