Shoes from the online retailer
I had a pretty rough time with the customer service from that online store. I tried calling and emailing them a bunch of times, but they never got back to me. It was really annoying dealing with a company that didn't seem to care about talking to their customers. I'd recommend being careful if you're thinking about buying anything from them.

Unopened order return
I got this order from your company that I didn't need, so I wanted to return it. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times through voicemails, emails, and chat, but no one ever got back to me. It was really disappointing and frustrating. But, after I posted a negative review, I was finally able to get in touch with someone from customer service. They told me that I had to either donate or get rid of the products and send proof in order to get a refund. I did what they asked, sent over the proof, and got my refund super quick. I appreciate you guys finally taking care of my issue, but it wasn't cool how long it took for someone to actually respond to me.

Silver necklace purchase
I got this cool silver necklace a little while back and I absolutely love it! I wear it non-stop, even when I'm working out or at the pool. It goes with all my clothes and I just adore it. The only downside is it can be a little itchy at times because it's brass, but no big deal. I'm really hoping they release a 925 version soon!

Gourmet gift basket
I usually like to do some research before buying stuff, you know, check out reviews and all that. But this time, I figured I'd just trust my past experiences with this company and ordered a fancy gift basket. Well, when I finally opened it up, I was let down because the items weren't as fresh as I was expecting. The quality just didn't match up to what I had in mind, and I was pretty bummed about the whole thing. On top of that, the delivery was a mess. They left the package outside in bad weather, so everything inside got messed up even more.

Tires for my car
This was my second time getting tires from this company and I love the discount they give to teachers. The only thing I don't like is this thing called IDMe they use, it asks way too many personal questions. I talked to customer support about it and they were super helpful. They started a report so I could still get the teacher discount, which I'm really grateful for. Every little bit helps, especially with how pricey things are nowadays. All in all, it was a good experience and I'll definitely keep coming back to this company for my tire needs.

Heart necklace purchase
The heart pendant on this necklace is so beautiful, but the chain is really light and kind of disappointing. I wish I had known that before I bought it, I would have picked something stronger. Even with that, when you wear them together, the necklace looks great and will be a perfect gift for my granddaughter's 16th birthday.

I just bought a vacuum from Als and I gotta say, I was really impressed. Found exactly what I wanted and the prices were awesome. Customer service was top-notch too. Photo card purchase
Making a photo card on my phone was a little challenging, but I managed to figure it out with some effort. I probably should have just used my laptop for an easier time, though. But in the end, it was totally worth it. The card came out awesome, and I was really happy with how nice the 30 photos looked. Choosing the A4 size for the card was a good call since the photo and print quality turned out great. All in all, I'm really satisfied with how the final product came out as a happy customer.

Coils and eliquid
The website is definitely legit, I mean, I got my order, so that's good, right? But it took a whole week to get to me and I was expecting it sooner because I needed my coils ASAP, but oh well. The coils came in their box, but the box wasn't even closed, like what's that all about? And the eliquid box was totally banged up, probably from the shipping craziness in California. I mean, at least I got my stuff, but next time I might try a different website for faster shipping.
