I recently bought a melted star necklace, an icon yin yang necklace, and a garden bracelet. Sadly, I was super let down by how they turned out. After only using them 6-7 times, both necklaces got really dark and looked more like a $5 find rather than something worth $142 like on the website. What's even worse is that the garden bracelet suddenly broke after just 5 days. I tried reaching out to customer service through emails, direct messages, and comments, but didn't get any response or acknowledgment. It's really disappointing to see that the company doesn't seem to care about the quality of their products or making sure customers are happy.

Too big bracelet sent
So I ordered this 18 centimeter bracelet and they sent me one that was way too big, it was so frustrating. I emailed them to let them know and they made me send it back, only to send me another one in the wrong size. Seriously, I was just like, come on, get it together already!

I bought a ring, cleaning kit, and keychain for my boyfriend's birthday, and I was really looking forward to giving it to him. But I waited and waited for my order to be sent out, and nothing was happening. So, I finally sent them an email, and they told me that the keychain was actually out of stock, which was a major letdown. I requested a refund for the keychain and asked them to just send the rest of my order, but it's been several days and I still haven't heard back from them. Now, my boyfriend's birthday is almost here and I have no clue when I'm going to receive the gift. I'm feeling so let down and frustrated. Please ship my order right away!
Melted Stars Necklace
I was so excited for the Melted Stars Necklace to be back in stock, and as soon as it was, I totally snagged it. The packaging was amazing, and the necklace was definitely worth the wait. I really dig the different rings that let me customize the length around my neck, plus it's super lightweight so wearing it is a breeze. I'd definitely give this product two thumbs up!
Silver necklace purchase
I got this cool silver necklace a little while back and I absolutely love it! I wear it non-stop, even when I'm working out or at the pool. It goes with all my clothes and I just adore it. The only downside is it can be a little itchy at times because it's brass, but no big deal. I'm really hoping they release a 925 version soon!
Liberty ring made of low-quality material
I bought a ring from your store, but I was disappointed with it. The Liberty ring I got for my son broke after less than three months of use. The material used to make it is really thin, so it wore out quickly. I had high hopes for giving my son something from your collection, so I feel really let down by this experience. The quality of your products doesn't match the price, and I was expecting better durability from something with your brand.
