Wakeboard package purchase
I recently bought a wakeboard package from this store, and I have to say I wasn't happy with how it all went down. I placed my order, but got an email eight days later saying the item was out of stock. Instead of being helpful, they tried to push me towards a different wakeboard that didn't offer as much bang for my buck. I also found out they had both the wakeboard and bindings available separately but wouldn't put them together in a package like I asked. When I buy something, I expect good service and professionalism, but this retailer fell short.

Pillow purchase for neck and back pain relief

Gucci Oxford shoes purchase
The shopping experience at this store was great, checkout was quick, and getting my stuff delivered fast was a plus. But man, when I found out the Gucci Oxford shoes I bought were 100€ more than they should've been based on the price on Gucci's and other websites, that really bummed me out. Like, I get that prices can vary, but that was a big difference and it definitely affected how satisfied I was with my purchase.
