Caregiver assignment cancellation
I had a rough time with the caregiver I got from this service. They were all set to come over, but Homage ended up canceling without sending someone else. I tried calling them several times, but I was stuck on hold for over an hour with no luck. It was really frustrating and disappointing to be left hanging when I had a caregiver all lined up to help out.

NastyDress responded to my concerns super quickly and gave me a few options to fix the issue. Dealing with their customer service was a breeze, and I'll definitely be shopping with them again. Plus, the delivery was speedy, which was a nice surprise.

The return policy is terrible - they don't give you a prepaid label like most other online stores. And it took me a whopping 4 months to get my refund processed. That lack of care for customers has made me swear off shopping at this store ever again.

I bought some clothes from this website not too long ago and was actually really pleased with how well they matched the description and size suggestions. The item was just like they said it would be on the site, and I liked that they paid attention to the little details. The only thing I wasn't too thrilled about with The Real Real was the short window for returns. I think if they extended it to 10 days it would be a lot easier for customers.
