Misleading fabric pattern
I was kinda bummed about the fabric I ordered online, but I gotta say, the customer service totally made up for it. The pattern looked way bigger in the pictures, so when I got it, I wasn't happy. I contacted customer service to ask about sending it back, and they were super quick in giving me a refund. They handled it all so smoothly and professionally. It made sending it back a breeze.

Christmas order mix-up
I just bought a Christmas gift on this website and got the wrong item. It was annoying to see that not only was the item wrong, but it was also priced differently than what I paid. But when I reached out to customer service to get an exchange, they admitted their mistake and still gave me the discounted price that was originally listed, which was a big discount! The person I spoke to on the phone was great - fast, effective, and fixed my problem in no time. All in all, I'm really pleased with my experience on this website.

Gift card mishap, multiple shirts, return hassle
I recently bought two shirts with a gift card, getting different sizes because I wasn't sure which would fit better. Unfortunately, I had to return two shirts and instead of giving me a refund, they put the money back on the gift card. This means I have to keep buying stuff to use up what's left, and it's pretty inconvenient. Feels like a sneaky way to make me spend more. I tried to contact customer service several times to tell them how annoyed I was, but got no response. So, I had to go to the store in person to return the shirts and buy them again with the gift card. Overall, it was a really frustrating experience and the customer service didn't do much to help me out.

Gel nail kit
I got this gel nail kit and it was really cool when I first used it. But then when I tried to order more stuff, they started charging me random small amounts of money without giving me any explanation! It was super confusing and it really ticked me off. I usually just buy things from them on Amazon and never had any issues, but ordering from their website was a total mess. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again until they get this sketchy situation sorted out.
