Unreliable transfer service
My experience with this transfer service was really disappointing. The driver didn't even show up to pick us up from the airport, so we were left stranded and waiting for over an hour. We tried calling the company multiple times but they wouldn't refund our prepaid fare and said the driver was already there. This lack of responsibility and bad customer service is not okay. I suggest not booking with this company.

Eye cream and night cream
I was pretty bummed about the eye cream and night cream I got from this company. I just had to buy some replacement parts for my HVAC system and thought I'd try out eComfort. But man, I was really let down by their customer service. So, my plumber puts in the parts, right? And then I find out the warranty is no good because I didn't buy the parts straight from eComfort. Even though I filled out all the paperwork correctly, the Warranty Department wouldn't give me my money back. It's just not right and now I definitely won't be using eComfort again.

Once I fixed that, I was able to send the form successfully. But then it took a few days to get a response, and it seemed like they didn't get the pictures. So, I sent the pictures in a reply to the email, and about a week later, I got a new box with all the missing parts. The issue got solved in the end, but I had to put in some extra effort.

The way they answered my questions could have been better, but all in all, I was happy with my purchase from DS18.
