    Multiple underwear purchases

    I've been a fan of this brand for a while now, and my underwear collection is pretty much all from them. The material is super soft and comfy, not to mention the designs are always fun and cute. I've even given their stuff as gifts and my partner and I have matching pairs. Every once in a while, I've had a pair with some stitching problems, but overall, they're still really good quality. Everybody makes mistakes sometimes, right? It's also key to make sure you're wearing the right size to avoid any issues with the seams. I've also had no trouble taking breaks from my membership or starting it back up again, which just goes to show how easygoing and customer-friendly they are.

    Fast shipping, the item looks exactly like described, the color is beautiful, and the price is great. The only thing is that the spaces for the makeup brushes are a bit too small for the larger handled brushes to fit comfortably. It's not a huge deal, I can make it work.

    Expandable dining table

    The customer service was amazing! They really took care of me and made sure I had all the info I needed about my order. And let me tell you, the table is just fantastic. So easy to use and it can do a lot of different things. We had a huge Thanksgiving dinner and were able to fit 13 people around it no problem. And when we were done eating, we just folded it down into a smaller square for everyday use. It's a must-have piece in my house and I'm so happy with it!

    Prayer request for healing

    I requested a prayer for this lady named Mandy who's battling cancer and going through some tough times. They went ahead and read my prayer at 9 sacred places and the pictures they sent back were truly incredible. The offer to come back for more prayers was really touching. It was obvious that they genuinely cared about Mandy and her son.

    Wart oil purchase

    I got this wart oil for my teenager who's been dealing with a bunch of flat warts on their hand for ages. We tried a ton of treatments from doctors but nothing worked. But this wart oil? It's like magic - those warts are finally gone! My teen is so happy about it. Gotta use it multiple times a day for it to work, but the nice smell makes it easier.

    I also got this mole oil hoping for the same results, but it was a total bust. I tried it on three different sized moles, but didn't see any change in any of them.

    Christmas gift

    I'm really let down by my recent experience ordering a Christmas gift from this store. I placed my order on November 28th, thinking I was good to go for Christmas. But when I checked on December 18th, turns out the item was sold out. Now I was stuck trying to find a replacement gift with the holiday closing in fast. Their response was just a sorry and a 10% off a different item, which didn't help at all since none of the other options caught my eye. I've been calling and chatting online for the past 10 days, with each agent telling me my order would make it in time for Christmas. It took me going to a supervisor to find out the truth. The lack of honesty and the bad customer service in this situation really bums me out.

    Intricate kit with detailed instructions

    The kit I bought was super detailed and the instructions were explained really well, with pictures that made putting it together easy and fun.     I bought some car parts from your store recently, and although they came in good condition, I had a problem with one of the items. The box for one of the products was half empty and missing some of the main parts. I tried reaching out to customer service through the contact form, but at first, it wouldn't go through because the images were too high-resolution. Once I fixed that, I was able to send the form successfully. But then it took a few days to get a response, and it seemed like they didn't get the pictures. So, I sent the pictures in a reply to the email, and about a week later, I got a new box with all the missing parts. The issue got solved in the end, but I had to put in some extra effort.

    Large hardback books

    I just got in two huge hardcover books that I ordered online, but they arrived looking pretty beat up. The shipping box they came in was way too big, so the books were sliding all around, even though they were wrapped up tight in plastic. The air packs that were supposed to protect them weren't enough, and now the corners are all dinged up. When the package finally got dropped off by USPS, one whole side was practically hanging open. I had wanted these books as Christmas gifts, so I was really hoping they'd be in perfect condition. Next time, I think I'll just go pick them up in-store so I know they'll be handled better. Even with all that, ordering them was easy and they showed up four days earlier than expected, so I guess it's not all bad.

    2019 RZR 900S stereo system

    The way they answered my questions could have been better, but all in all, I was happy with my purchase from DS18. It came right on time, and the updates I got while checking out made everything pretty easy to understand. They packed up the stereo system really well, which made me feel like it was gonna be ok during shipping. And man, after I put it in my 2019 RZR 900S, I was completely blown away by how awesome the sound quality was. I don't really beat up my ride too much, so I'm curious to see how the system holds up in different weather and off-road situations.
