Mics purchase
I bought these really expensive microphones, and when I opened them up, one was totally broken! I tried reaching out to the company for some help, but they just stopped responding to me. It wasn't until after the return policy had already passed that they told me to send it back to the manufacturer. So annoying and frustrating!
Headphones
I bought some headphones from this store and it was a real rollercoaster of emotions. I was really pumped when I ordered them because they looked amazing online. But when they arrived, they were all messed up and scratched! That's not cool, man. When I tried to reach out to customer service, they just brushed me off like they didn't care. It really disappointed me. Super sketchy, dude.
New guitar purchase
I bought a new guitar, but it turned out to be a used one! It had scratches and some missing parts. The flame maple finish was barely visible and had some weird streaks. I tried to reach out to proaudiostar, but I haven't heard back from them. Definitely not planning on buying from them again!
Order made for expensive gear
So, I got a bunch of stuff from this place, right? Everything was cool until this one time. I ordered this super fancy gear that was supposed to be used but in great condition and a really good price. After I paid, I got my receipt. Then they were like, "Hey, for just a little more money, you can get a brand new one instead!" And I was like, "Okay, sure!" So, I got the gear and it looks brand new. But then I wanted a receipt that said it was new in case I wanted to sell it later on. But they were like, "No, our system can't do that." And it was kind of lame, you know? So, I never got the right receipt. Other than that, everything was good, so I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
High-end guitar
I got this awesome guitar from ProAudioStar at a really great price, way cheaper than anywhere else. It was brand new and came in perfect condition, sealed in a box.
Non-existent refund
I was supposed to get a refund for something I never got, but instead I just got the runaround. They said they refunded me when they didn't, then told me to contact my bank, which got me nowhere. They also said a manager would call me back right away, but surprise, surprise, that never happened. Pretty sketchy and not reliable at all.
Microphone purchase
I ordered this microphone, but then I read a ton of negative reviews about the store. I immediately wanted to cancel my order, but the guy never responded, and now I'm stuck with a loan for a microphone I never received! I've tried calling and emailing numerous times, but they keep ignoring me. Such a scam! Now I have to figure out how to handle this situation. Can you believe it?
Used item purchase
I recently bought something used from this company. At first, they contacted me offering the item I was interested in. I agreed, paid up, but they also tried to get me to buy a new item, which I said no to. After that, I heard nothing. No tracking number, no updates. Suddenly, I got an email saying my order was canceled because the used item I bought was out of stock. It's like they baited me with the old item and then switched to trying to sell me something new. This kind of thing is not cool at all. I feel like they led me on and now I'm let down and frustrated.
Studio monitor speakers
I bought a pair of studio monitor speakers from ProAudioStar, and man, I was really let down by the whole thing. When the speakers showed up, they had big dents and scratches on the outside, like they got banged up somewhere along the way before they even got shipped out. I tried contacting customer service to get a new set, and it took a whole month to finally get them. But you won't believe it - the replacement speakers were messed up too! It seems like they don't really care about sending out good stuff or maybe they're knowingly selling busted gear. I'm just really disappointed and won't be going back there any time soon.
New guitar returned for defects
I just got a new guitar from ProAudioStar, but when I opened it up, I noticed there were some defects from the manufacturer. I reached out to customer service and sent them some photos of the problems. They were super quick to respond and even sent me a prepaid shipping label to return it. The whole thing was easy-peasy, and I got my money back just two days after they got the guitar back.
Used electric guitar order
I just got myself a used electric guitar online and man, was I excited when it came so fast and in really good shape! The packaging was great and the guitar looked like it had just come out of the factory. I tuned it up right away and have been jamming on it nonstop. Seriously, this whole buying experience couldn't have been better.
Return and refund process
I just had to return something I bought from ProAudioStar because it didn't work for me. But I was happy with how the customer service handled it. When I asked for a return, they got back to me quickly and stayed in touch. They set up a return label and RMA fast. And when they got the product back, they gave me a full refund with no extra fees. I was really impressed with how smooth and professional ProAudioStar was about the whole thing. They definitely have top-notch customer service!
Bass guitar purchase
I was a little unsure about buying from ProAudioStar since I saw some mixed reviews, but when a bass guitar I wanted went on sale, I took a chance. Ordering it was easy, and it shipped for free the next day using FedEx. It got to me in 4 days, well packaged and in great condition, just like they said. All in all, my time with ProAudioStar was good, and I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again.
Roland Fantom 07 Keyboard
The customer service at this store is a total disaster. They didn't tell me that "B" stock items don't come with a factory warranty, which is important info. It took them forever to reply to my emails about returning stuff, and it took almost 6 weeks to give me back my money for the Roland Fantom 07 keyboard. When I finally got my refund, it took another 2 weeks to get the new keyboard, but it didn't come with a power supply. They made lame excuses and never sent a replacement power supply, so I had to buy one somewhere else. Their customer service was terrible, and I won't shop there again.
Two guitars and two amps purchased
I just bought two guitars and two amps from this company, and I have to say I had a really good experience. The prices were awesome and the shipping was super quick. One of the amps I got was supposed to be used, but when it arrived, it was actually brand new and still sealed in the box, all for more than half off the new price. This company is definitely a great place to shop.
Many purchases!
I've got guitars, amps, pedals, mics, keyboards - you name it! Only had one problem with a cracked side panel on a Nord Piano, but ProAudioStar connected me with the US distributor who took care of it no problem.
Used keyboard purchase
I got a used keyboard from this store not too long ago, but it had some problems when I tried to use it. Thankfully, returning it and getting my money back was really easy and fast. The customer service was top-notch the whole time. The people working there were super helpful and knew what they were talking about, making sure I left happy. I really value how they care about keeping customers happy, so I'll definitely be back to shop there again.
Squier Stratocaster
I was kinda unsure about buying from this company because of all the bad reviews, but I figured I'd give it a shot since they had the best price on the Squier Stratocaster I wanted. Turns out, ordering was super easy and quick. I got a tracking number the next day and the guitar showed up in perfect shape just 3 days later. And get this - I paid for a used guitar but got a brand new one instead! I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more in the future.

Just make sure you get everything in writing, take pictures or videos of your stuff, and hope for the best. People like to live on the edge sometimes, and things can go sideways. But we're keeping our fingers crossed that everything will turn out alright.
