Custom leather shoes
I bought some awesome custom leather shoes from this company, but man, it's been a rough ride. I placed my order back in May, and didn't get my shoes until more than 5 months later. It was like pulling teeth trying to get updates on my order - so many emails back and forth, it was exhausting. And to top it off, after only 3 days of wearing my new kicks, the tread started coming off. Now it's been well over a month and a half, and I still can't get any help from the company on getting a refund or return label. This whole experience - from ordering, to quality, to customer service - has been a total letdown.

Frustrating customer service experience
I had the worst customer service experience with this company recently. I was trying to get a return mailing address for a non-fios modem I bought, and it was a real headache. I spent over 2 to 3 hours on the phone with their customer support, and let me tell you, it was the absolute worst. The automated system kept transferring my call all over the place, and sometimes it even hung up on me. When I finally got through to a rep, they were so unhelpful and downright rude. I tried to use their chat feature too, but that was a bust. And to top it all off, the US Post Office messed up the item I was trying to return, so now I have to deal with filing a claim with them. My whole experience with this company was super frustrating and just a waste of time.

Guitar purchase
Just make sure you get everything in writing, take pictures or videos of your stuff, and hope for the best. People like to live on the edge sometimes, and things can go sideways. But we're keeping our fingers crossed that everything will turn out alright.

Ferrari Ray Ban Replica Sunglasses
I just bought some sunglasses from this store that said they were a big brand, but they were actually knock-offs. They were super cheap, with weak frames and fake logos. Their customer service was terrible, and now I'm kicking myself for getting tricked. Definitely would advise people to steer clear of that place.
