Non-stick sauté pan purchase
So I bought this 3.5 Qt non-stick sauté pan not too long ago, and can you believe the coating is already peeling off after only about 6 months of use? I contacted the company for help, but they told me they wouldn't cover it under warranty because I dare to clean it in the dishwasher. I mean, seriously? I've cleaned other pans like AllClad in the dishwasher with no problems at all. Even the packaging said hand washing is better, but using the dishwasher is still totally fine. Instead of actually helping me out, all they did was try to sell me a new pan. Rude!

I was super pumped to order something from another country, but every time I tried to buy it, they kept making me pay in a different currency. The customer service chat was useless, all they did was give me a phone number that never worked. I even tried calling a number in France, but that was a no-go too! This website is a total mess and I'm so annoyed!

At first, I was kinda iffy about buying from this place because I saw some bad reviews, but after digging deeper, I realized most of them were old. I decided to go for it during their Black Friday sale and placed an order. Surprisingly, my package arrived in just a little over 2 weeks, which is pretty good for the holiday rush. They shipped it out quickly, and I could track it the whole way. The lipsticks I got were packaged in a cute little box and were exactly what I was looking for. I think I'll stick with buying directly from them in the future since they have a bigger variety of shades that are hard to find in the UK.

Cutout.Pro seriously dropped the ball and exposed my personal info by letting my email data end up on the dark web. Got a sketchy email from Google today, showing they dropped the ball on data security. Definitely steer clear of this sketchy and unethical site, folks.

Oversized jacket purchase
I am so bummed about this jacket I bought recently. It's huge! Like, way bigger than I thought it would be. And on top of that, the company is not helping me fix it at all. I've been trying to get a refund and return it, but they won't give me the code I need. I've emailed and called them so many times, but no luck. Honestly, this company is the worst. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.
