Software purchase
The software I bought is really good when it comes to what it can do and all the features it has. But, the one thing that really needs to be better is how users can report bugs or give feedback. It's super important for making sure the software gets better and better over time. Without a way for customers to share their thoughts, it's hard for them to get help with any problems or to suggest ways to make things better.
Data privacy violation, poor customer support
This company totally ignored data privacy and security rules by letting data get stolen and misused. Their customer support was basically nonexistent, which made me feel totally helpless and annoyed. I strongly suggest avoiding this company and their products completely.
Software purchase for project management
I've been using the project management software for a few months and it's really made a difference in how our team works. The interface is user-friendly and helps us all work together smoothly. Features like task assignment, progress tracking, and reporting have been a big help in keeping us on track and meeting our goals. I'm definitely happy with the software and would recommend it to anyone looking for project management help.
Software tools comparison
The software tools this company offers are really top-of-the-line. I've been using their products for a while and haven't run into any big problems. I especially love their Confluence tool - it's super efficient and user-friendly, way better than Zendesk which we used before. One thing I've noticed though is that they rely a lot on addons, which seems to be the norm in IT these days. It'd be great if the main features were strong enough to stand on their own without needing extra addons.
Hacked Account
OMG, I'm like super upset with this place! Their service is seriously the worst. Our account got hacked and now somebody else is calling the shots, but we're still stuck paying every month. And they won't even lift a finger to help us sort it out! It's almost like they couldn't care less. I can't wrap my head around the fact that they've been taking advantage of us for two whole years and they still won't own up to it. Not cool, Atlassian!
Software purchase feedback
I just bought some software online and had kind of a mixed time with it. The Jira tool was alright for managing projects, but we had some trouble getting the managers on board with using it well. It felt more like they were micromanaging instead of working together with us. However, the Confluence tool was a total game-changer for our team. It really helped us collaborate and be more productive. We depend on Confluence a lot now, and it's made a big difference in how we work and communicate.
Ticket help for billing issue
Man, I had such a frustrating billing problem and I reached out for help like so long ago. And can you believe it? I've only received one email every two weeks about it! That's some seriously slow service, ugh!
Charging mess
This company went ahead and added users to my account without bothering to give me a heads up, resulting in me getting charged way more than I was originally anticipating. And even after I made the decision to cancel my account, they just kept on charging me! Dealing with them and trying to get my money back was seriously such a pain. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. Do whatever you can to steer clear of them!
Software for agile use
As someone who uses software for agile projects, I've noticed that keeping track of story point stats properly is really tough with the current system. The tools we need for basic Agile practices are hidden behind paywalls, which makes it hard for us to make the most of the platform. The section for Story Points, which is crucial for sprint planning, hasn't really gotten any better in almost ten years, and that just makes the user experience worse. On top of that, having to pay extra for features like Agile Roadmap, Story Point charts, reports, and tracking features that are separate from Epics just adds to the frustration. We just want a simple and complete solution, without all these extra fees.
SaaS product
This SaaS product is seriously the most annoying admin I've ever dealt with. It's like they go out of their way to make everything so dang complicated. It feels like they just throw in every feature that people request without actually considering how it all fits together. It's a total disaster, honestly. Microsoft is the only other company that even comes close to their level of complexity.
Account creation emails
I just got a bunch of emails from this company about creating accounts, but they totally seem like spam. I suggest steering clear of them or maybe even blocking the sender.
Software platform subscription
I bought a subscription to the software platform, and it was pretty good in terms of how well it worked. But I'm worried about the company deleting inactive accounts and not giving us a chance to get our data back. It'd be nice if they were more understanding of our needs and gave us more flexibility. Sometimes people might not use the platform very often but still have important stuff on there. Even with that issue, the platform is easy to use and has some good features for managing projects and working together.
Lost Jira and Confluence data
We were using Jira and Confluence, but then they were all like "no more self-hosted Confluence, only in the cloud." We had to switch, and it was a big mess. The instructions were all over the place, and we couldn't even delete the test migration. And to top it off, our Jira site got deleted! It was a nightmare with all those bugs and data loss, ugh.
Software tools for agile project management
The software tools we're using for agile project management have been really helpful with handling all the different tasks we have going on at our company. I used to think they were mainly for quality assurance teams, but then I saw how the kanban board feature could help keep my team on track with our goals. It's so easy to use the security settings, filters, and customize things to fit our needs, and it's made a big difference in how we all work together on projects. Everyone at the company has been on board with these tools, and we've definitely noticed that we're getting more done and working more efficiently since we started using them.
Scammy Company
I can't believe how sketchy this company is! They really make you create an account just to unsubscribe from their emails. It's so sneaky! I'm definitely not giving them my email ever again. I'll just set up a filter to automatically delete any emails from them.
Productivity tools for organization
As someone who really cares about getting things done efficiently and staying organized, I've gotta say that these productivity tools have been a game-changer for me. Jira and Confluence have totally transformed how I keep track of everything I need to do, both at work and in my personal life. They've made it so much easier to stay on top of deadlines and work together with others. Plus, the interface is super easy to use and I caught on quickly. I definitely suggest these tools to anyone who wants to boost their productivity and keep their life in order.
Overpriced software
This software is way overpriced and a total nightmare. It's like they brought in aliens who don't know a thing about computers to put it together. It's so slow and frustrating to get anything done, I might as well be using a feather and ink to write. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this total disaster of a product. Save your money and your peace of mind.
Scary emails and spam
There's this company that keeps bugging me for personal info and sending me a bunch of spam emails. It's really creepy and not okay. I'm definitely not a fan of it.
Website deletion incident
I recently went through a tough situation where my company website got deleted and couldn't be recovered. It was a real eye-opener on the importance of regularly backing up your data. I put so much time and effort into creating valuable content for the site, only to see it all disappear out of nowhere. Even though my Trello boards were safe, the actual website was gone forever. When I talked to the customer service rep, they told me it was up to me to have a backup plan in place. It was a tough lesson to learn after the fact. I really suggest everyone take the time to go over all the policy documents and make sure they have good backup systems set up. It can really save you from going through something as heartbreaking as what happened to me.
Disaster recovery procedures lost
I can't believe how bold this company is. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but they went and permanently deleted all my disaster recovery procedures just because I hadn't logged in for a couple of months. Seriously? A few months and they think it's okay to erase all that important data? Plus, their emails were tucked away in some hidden folder, so I never even saw them. The lack of communication and understanding is just terrible. I trusted them with crucial info, but they let me down big time. I'm warning everyone to stay away from them because the convenience they promise isn't worth the risk of losing important data.

Software transition
I used that software for a really long time, using it to store a ton of documents for my company. But then, the company decided to go all-in on the cloud, ditching their data ce... Read onBy: maxime
