I just got this amazing gold necklace from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed with how good it is. The craftsmanship is top-notch and the design is exactly what I wanted. Hair coloring product
After trying out the hair coloring stuff, I didn't really see a big difference in my hair color right after the first go. I'm crossing my fingers that if I keep using it, my hair will eventually turn the white or gray shade I was aiming for. But, I gotta say, the conditioner that came with it didn't do squat for my hair. It didn't do a good job of conditioning or untangling my locks, which made brushing a pain even with some leave-in conditioner. Turns out, I need a way stronger conditioner to actually give my hair some decent nourishment.

Lost Jira and Confluence data
We were using Jira and Confluence, but then they were all like "no more self-hosted Confluence, only in the cloud." We had to switch, and it was a big mess. The instructions were all over the place, and we couldn't even delete the test migration. And to top it off, our Jira site got deleted! It was a nightmare with all those bugs and data loss, ugh.

The website said it would take 8 business hours to verify and ship the next day, but after 3 days, my order was marked as having a "Bad Prescription." Nobody contacted me for my prescription or doctor's details, so I had to call customer service. Thankfully, Bibi finally sorted it out, but only because I took the first step due to their glitchy automated system. It's really annoying to deal with these avoidable delays.

I bought some hair products from this company not too long ago and, to be honest, it didn't go too well. I changed my mind right after ordering and tried to cancel the same day. Even though I got a confirmation saying the order was canceled, I've been reaching out to them about my refund since February 17th. Now it's March 20th, and I still haven't seen that money back in my account. It's been pretty disheartening and annoying dealing with this as a customer.

Smashed candle
The candle I got was totally busted when I opened the box. Glass all over the place, even some teeny tiny bits in my hand. I mean, they only sent it in a flimsy bubble mailer, which is just not okay for something as delicate as a glass candle. I was so surprised and let down by how messed up the candle was, especially since I was gonna give it as a gift. The fact that they didn't pack it properly and were careless with handling it made a big ol' mess and a real danger with all the broken glass.

Clasps and tarnishing issues
The clasps on these jewelry pieces are just terrible, they keep coming undone and it stresses me out thinking I might lose something. Plus, they tarnish really easily which is frustrating considering how much they cost. And don't even get me started on the necklaces, they always end up getting tangled and it's such a pain to deal with.
