Vibrator and lubricant
I wanted to check out this website, so I went ahead and ordered a vibrator and some lube back in September. I was actually pretty impressed with how easy the whole buying thing was. I could keep tabs on my order from the moment I bought it up to when it arrived at my door. And let me tell you, the quality of the products totally blew me away. Ever since then, I've been coming back for more stuff on the reg. This site is definitely my go-to for online shopping now. Their customer service is top-notch, and I'd totally suggest them to anyone in the market for adult products.
Exploration of wide range of items
After a few not-so-great experiences at nearby stores, my buddies and I decided to check out the internet for a better option. We were pleasantly surprised to find a ton of stuff at great prices. The website had everything neatly sorted into categories, which made it simple for us to search and find exactly what we needed. Our order showed up quickly and was packaged really well, showing us that they were serious about getting stuff to us fast. The product we got was even better than we expected, and now we're thinking about coming back for more stuff in the future.
Better Love
Their prices are better than most...
I used their live chat when I had a question and the staff is knowledgeable and available...a real person and not a bot! Their help is professional and not awkward (considering the question and subject matter!)
My items arrived quickly, but I had a question about how to charge one of them...I started a ticket since it was late, and had an email response the following morning.

My experience with Ella Paradis was amazing. Their website had so many fancy wellness products at good prices. I found what I needed easily and even discovered some cool stuff I didn't even know I wanted. When I reached out to customer service to track my order, they were super helpful and quick to respond. The person I talked to gave me all the info I needed right away. I'm really happy with my shopping experience at Ella Paradis and will definitely be coming back for more.
Mixed-products experience
I've bought stuff from this online store a few times and it's been hit or miss. The stuff I've received has been good quality and problem-free. But my last order was a pain. I placed it on July 13th and was supposed to get it by August 2nd. The delivery got delayed a bunch of times and now it's not coming until August 5th. It's gone from Florida to Arizona to Missouri, even though I live in Massachusetts. The products are solid, but the wait has been a bummer.
Order - pleasantly surprised
I bought some stuff and you know what? It was amazing! I got a really good deal on some awesome items that are normally crazy expensive. The price was much better than other places I checked out. When my order arrived, it only took a few days and all the items were just as described. I highly recommend this site to anyone thinking about giving it a shot!
OSE 2 vibrator
I don't usually bother with leaving reviews, but I gotta say, the OSE 2 vibrator is a total game-changer. I used to just buy random toys without really thinking about it, but this product's quality completely surprised me. It's tough to put into words how much it's improved my experience, but believe me, it's a big deal. I'm so impressed that I'm already thinking about trying more toys from the same company.
Rabbit Lily
Ordered the Better Love Lily Vibe and could not figure out how to use it, contacted customer service and within seconds, received a user guide that further explained how to properly turn on the toy and how to properly clean, super easy and quick. Customer service was super sweet and helpful,

This company's "good reputation" online can't be for real. They have completely failed to fill an order costing over two hundred dollars. They cancelled the order rather than fill it and did not inform me. Much, much later (weeks) I complained. Rather than respond to complaints that the order had not shipped, I received a request for a copy of my energy bill. Why did they need that? No idea! They received it and proceeded to ship to me a small bottle of lubricant and none of the high cost electric devices I ordered from them. Just a small box with the lubricant and for them, the story ended. You'd be a fool to order from them. They do not care; their customer service response is poor. Their work ethic and desire to fill the orders for which they charge high prices is Zero. I'm hurt and offended by this horrible misbehavior.

We received an item from Ella Paradise, and it didn't ever work. We contacted them twice, and recieved no response. We then filed a complaint with the BBB, and a rep from Ella immediately responded and offered a replacement. I emailed right back and accepted the replacement option. They didn't contact me again. I emailed them last night (11 days since I emailed to accept the replacement) and told them I expected the replacement or a refund by a certain date. Today they sent me a gift card. No other communication, just an emailed gift card that says, "Someone likes you". I'm glad they sent the giftcard at least, but I can't believe what a hassle this has been. This company is ridiculously unprofessional, and as much as this sounds like hyperbole, they literally have the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
