items are actually decent, nicer than I expected, and returns were easy, so just expect delays.
Crickets after I ordered
communication stinks, so don't expect updates. I ordered Sept. 12, site showed "confirmed" and then radio silence — emails bounce, calls go unanswered, texts ignored, the tracking form is useless. It's frustrating, though not the end of the world. I'd tell others to follow up a lot or pick someone else.
Finally arrived and worked
I’d ordered from them a couple times before, so I tried again. One of two items didn’t ship at first, which was annoying, but after a slow response they resent it and I ended up with both. I started using the main item as soon as it arrived; felt solid. The exact moment I was satisfied was when the missing package finally showed up and actually worked. Glad it sorted itself out.
Ghosted then refunded
I saw this seller on a deal thread; my buddy tipped me, so I ordered. No shipping confirmation showed up, calls went to voicemail, emails bounced, website said no orders — I started to think they ghosted me. I bought something on September 4th but haven't gotten any shipping confirmation yet. I contacted customer service two weeks ago to cancel and get a refund since my stuff hadn't been sent out. They said they'd give me a refund if my order hadn't been shipped out. But it's been two weeks now, and there's been no updates, shipping info, or replies from them. On top of that, their email now seems to be down because all my emails are bouncing back as "undeliverable."
